Coralline's POV

We got home safely and I went to freshen up I the bathroom. I pulled off my clothes and entered the tub that's already filled with water.

I reminisced more about my life. Would my parents still be alive if our lives were simple?

I know they would. All I ever dreamt of was having a simple and peaceful life and all that changed when John cheated on me.

It was a good thing though. If I hadn't caught them, I'd still be living a lie. Thinking Vivian and John are my true family. The only ones that care about me.

I wouldn't have found my true love and my real parents though they are dead. Well I guess all bad things happens for a reason.

I didn't know how long I staued in the tub, I got up when the water became cold. I took a towel from the hanger and wrapped it around my body.

I came out of the bathroom and met Damon laying on the bed shirtless.

'I thought you were going to sleep there' He stated the moment he saw me.
