A bond of friendship

Carly Evans is an ordinary girl living in Boston with her family. There are six members in family with two brothers, two sisters and a mother and father. As usual, she sat in the living room and switched on TV to watch the "The Tonight show". The whole Evans family is a fan of this show and they enjoy it together in the evening. But when the show started, the eyes of all Evans siblings widened seeing the guest.

The youngest Shana started jumping with jot,

"Look it's Juliet."

"Oh my God, she's on Tonight show."

"I have watched 'Romeo and Juliet' four times already."

The boys Scott and Chris also looked eagerly at the beautiful girl in blue dress on the screen.

The eldest of four siblings Carly said: "She's beautiful."

Scott, the youngest said: "I am in love with her. She's my goddess."

Chris, the second of four also looked eagerly at Eve Thompson. Scott's right. She's so beautiful. Chris's ears started turning red looking at the girl on the screen.

The Evan parents looked at the fanatic look of their children, and sighed.

The same situation happened almost all over the America. Teenagers are going crazy watching Eve Thompson on the "Tonight Show". Eve has become the crush of almost every American teenager.

"Eve Thompson is so beautiful. She look like a fairy from the dreamlands."

"She looks so sexy wirh red hair."

"I am getting single today. I will only ever date Eve Thompson or no one."

"Look at her shy and cute look. She's so sweet."

Leonardo read Eve the online comments about her on their way to Eve's movie "Scream's" premiere. He laughed: "Eve, you are so famous today. See how many boys are sleepless because of you. You must be punished."

Eve heard Leonardo's teasing and hit him lightly with an elbow. "Can you shut up Leo. Behave yourself, we are going to a premiere, not a party."

Leonardo stopped Eve's elbow and surrendered his hands laughing : "Ok, no more."

Eve looked at Leo's laughing face and sighed. What can she say to him. He will just start after two minutes again. He has been teasing her since yesterday.

Eve's presence on the talk show has gone viral after she attended "Tonight show" two days ago. The ratings of the show for Eve's episode doubled from normal 4 million to nearly 8 million. This is the best ratings the show has gotten in past two years.

Eve put the things in her mind aside, and said to Leonardo: "Leo, please don't play any pranks on the red carpet. I am already very nervous." She asked Leonardo helplessly. This is her first red carpet appearance as "Romeo and Juliet" didn't had a red carpet for the movie. She's both excited and nervous about it.

Leonardo heard the nervousness in Eve's tone and sighed. He put his mobile aside and went close to Eve. He held her face with his both hands and made her look into his eyes. He looked at the beautiful blue eyes which have made him their believer and said: "Don't worry Eve. It will be nothing difficult. You have already been on a talk show and premiere will also not be difficult. And I am also with you. Remember what I said. I will always be your support and have your back."

Eve heard Leo's charming words and was dazed.

An incident happened four days ago, Leo confessed to her and Eve said few words to him: "Leo you are very handsome and a nice person. If honestly speaking. I also have affection for you."

Leonardo was happy hearing it, but Eve Thompson's next words made him quiet. She said: "I will not lie to you by denying what's in my heart. That's why I want you to choose. We can start dating and be in a relationship. Maybe our relationship will go till the end or we might breakup in the middle. We both are young and you know we might make mistakes in it. It's good if we can go till the end, but if we ever broke up in the middle, I wouldn't be able to face you ever again. I don't have the courage to be friends again with someone whom I might have loved. Our any kind of interaction will end If we ever broke up.

The second option is that we can always be best friends. We can always spend time together whenever we want. I can share my difficulties with you, and you can tell yours. We will not have the worry and constraints of losing each other. Now it's on you to choose. I will be happy with whatever decision you make."

That night Leonardo didn't say anything to Eve and went back drunk. He didn't talk to her for two days, and finally yesterday, when she was looking for a partner to attend Red carpet togther for the premiere, he came to her: "It's my best friend's first red carpet, so how can I let anyone take my place."

Eve was surprised hearing Leo's words, and then hugged him with a smile: "Thank you Leo. You are always the best."

Coming out of her thoughts about what happened yesterday, Eve smiled: "Thank you again."

Leonardo smiled back: "It's my pleasure."

Mary and Kasi Brown, Eve and Leonardo DiCaprio's assistants, who were sitting on the front with Ryan, saw the interaction between their clients and were a little puzzled. The atmosphere between Leonardo and Eve is a little different from before. It's not like between that of lovers, but it seems to be much more closer than before.

Many years later, when people asked Eve Thompson about peope closest to her, she said names of two people: Her husband and her best friend Leonardo DiCaprio. People still marvel decades later when they see the friendship which has always remained strong and unscathed in decades, despite having to face flith and darkness of Vanity fair everyday.
