Chapter 28

Emma Pov:

 After enjoying my time with Hannah we go back to sleep. When I wake up I find Jake cooking eggs for breakfast. But I also realize we forgot to tidy up, we had put sheets all over the place while messing around. Jake has seen me in less considering he and Hunter took care of me, but I don't know how Hannah would feel. Especially considering we kinda knocked some clothing off. I tidy her up to make her presentable.

 After that, I do the same, needing to look proper, even in this old setting. I walk over to the table as he sets down a wooden plate with eggs on it. "Why are we using wooden plates?," I ask as I look up.

 "Maybe you should watch what you do, and who is around you," My brother says, turning away. Of course, I slipped up and he was awake as we were... Well, no matter, I might as well enjoy breakfast. While I am eating Hannah comes over and enjoys the same. But, surprisingly, Jake is also using a wooden plate.

 "So, when are you getting to work on the software?," Hannah asks.

 "I am curious as well," I add on.

 "Well, I sent out an email earlier today before breakfast, while you two were recovering from last nights session. I plan to work on it after we are self sufficient," Jake informs us, surprising Hannah that he knew about last night. As I look at her, I see her go beet red with embarrassment.

 "The plan is to get it fully functional by the time I am in 10th or 11th grade. We will meet up at school, after I get us all registered. There I will have out the new designs and we go back to our retreats. That way we can install it and start the Rumble-horn program. If anyone tries to tamper with it or take it, they won't be able to remove it unscathed. Physically, mentally, or technological, no matter how they try to get it. Unless you put in the password only the group knows, which is a little bit obvious, if you know my past by then," Jake informs us again.

 He sure is a smart-alec, isn't he. I don't understand this at all, but it will have to do. But, from my understanding, won't it start to get harder to hide that? I wonder what Hannah will think of it, considering what she said last night after we confirmed he was asleep.

 "Oh, right, it will be easy for you to hide your identities, but what about me and the others?," I ask my Brother.

 "I will only be doing that if it turns out like that Emma. As for how the others will hide, I will leave that to puberty. If we continue on like we have then we will need to talk about it. If we don't then it should not be a problem as long as we don't use our old aliases," He says, getting a little annoyed at me.

 "I'm sorry, I am missing something?," Hannah asks. Right, last night she said she liked people with feminine features, but stillbe able to give them a kid, but doesn't know that is what Jake is, as he is a she. This will be interesting.

 "All in due time, it was just something he doesn't like talking about," I tell Hannah.

 "I see, well, I am going to get ready for the day, will you be joining me?," Hannah asks to which I nod.

 "What room can we use?," I ask Jake.

 "Either one on the second floor. The staircase is over there," Jake says, directing us. We walk away as we see him limp on his broken leg and arm to get ready.

Narrator Pov:

 Meanwhile, over at the hobbit hole, Snotlout is out hunting. They need to stay away from society for a while Otherwise, they will be found out. If they are found out then that will cause some trouble. But that also means they need to learn remotely and be self sufficient.

 So they assigned roles to everyone. Snotlout is in charge of hunting for food. The Twins are in charge of the garden, surprisingly. Mia will watch the house and get lesson plans from Jake. In the gmail he sent earlier today, he planned lessons for them all until the end of their ninth grade year.

 Today, Snotlout caught a wild Boar. Now, the hobbit holes garden is actually a collection of gardens all over the place around the house. The reason for that is so it does not look civilized or maintained. They plant randomly and not orderly. If it was, it would be suspicious.

 As for Hiccup, him, Astrid, and Thorfinn, they arrived at thier island already. It is a small fishing island that Thorfinn made a base on. You enter into the bay on the East side of the island. Go straight into the waterfall and enter a hidden cavern behind it. That leads up into a gigantic base where Throfinn lives in secret. Though, they do not have internet access.

 But, they have wifi. They have that as they have a router connected to the mainland through wires across the ocean floor. It cannot be tracked because of this, but still sabotaged. What Jake is creating will remove the tracing effect and much more.

 Hunter, he is surviving well with his injuries inside his little cavern. He has finished the assembly of his computer, though it took some time. The reason for that is he had to set up a place that did not have sand. It had gotten washed in their via the water, so he had to get to higher ground on some rocks.
