MAGNIFICENT

They had already left the city and wondered what their home looked like. With the windows down as they drove.

She marveled at the way the breeze hit her skin and her hair was all over. It was peaceful and serene everything she ever dreamed of life to be like. She enjoyed long rides because then she would have to stare out the windows as she marveled at the creation.

Life was si boring if one did not have a good imagination. She had always thought that she was a princess. Almost every girl always imagined that.

She thought that she was loved by everyone because she was a good ruler and she lived by that. She felt like an important person in her head and that was all that mattered.

It may all have been a lie but it was worth thinking that things were better than they were. At the end of the day, she knew that things would never be the way she thought of them but at least it made her happy.

They had completed left the city and she could no longer see the big story buildings. It was all green and there were trees on each side of the road that she looked at. She could see mountains from afar and wondered how it was to live in such a place.

A place where you were out of touch with the outside world. It looked so peaceful and it was all she ever wanted. She could not wipe the smile if her face as she hang by the window staring at the beauty of the land.

She looked like a little kid who was going on vacation for the first time. She could give anything to live in a place like that and she was sure that Lorenzo's childhood was marvelous.

The thing was that people different. The things that you liked were not the same things your friends liked. As she marveled at the site Lorenzo thought differently.

He hated this place because he had spent most of his childhood there. He had always wanted to go to the big city and leave there because he thought it was way fun.

They were all alone secluded in their big house with no kids to come to play with them. Kids never wanted to play with them because they feared their dad. Most of his childhood memories were just him and his siblings.

That was no way to raise kids. They needed to go and mingle with other people so they knew what it was like living with other people. They were opposite people.

This was the dream life for Keira. A place where she did not have to deal with people and was all alone. It was all about the peace that came with it. The serene of the grid life was it for her.

"How was it like growing up around here?", asks Ari.

"It was horrible", says Lorenzo without a second thought.

Keira could imagine herself running in the woods and playing hide and seek. She couldn't get why it was boring for Lorenzo to live around here. It looked like every child's dream to have s life like that.

"It honestly can't be that bad am sure there is something that you liked", says Keira chuckling.

"The thing I liked the most was going to the beach anytime I wanted since it was just next to our home. I e slot because it was my safe space to every time someone pissed me off I would always go there which tended to happen a lot. It was pretty boring for the rest of it.

Kids did not want to play with us because they were scared of my dad. I know I had my brother and sister but that did not count. Not a lot of people live around here it's quiet it's scary.

I like crowds and we were secluded. Like were we a couple of bad people who were locked away in a dungeon and not allowed to go out. Even if you went where would you honestly go it's like a whole different world here", he said.

She understood what he meant. For someone who had spent half of her life locked away in a mansion, she knew what it felt like.

The worst thing about how she grew up was that in the part of town they lived in most of the folks there did not have kids. It was always just had.

Those people who had kids were pretty controlling and it was better to stay in the house with her barbie dolls than go play with them. She had liked that life no matter how lonely it was.

There was no way that you could enjoy your life if you resented everything in it. There were always good things even in bad situations.

No matter how bad a situation was there was always something good that came from it and that was something she had never let herself forget. Yes,t was biting but she knew how to have fun on her own. That was something that Lorenzo did not know.

Having to grow up with other siblings'' life was a little bit fair to him. He was the youngest sibling so he always got what he wanted. He would throw a tantrum if he did not get what he wanted. That was a sick mentality though.

It was not every time that you would get everything that you wanted. The world did not owe him that much. That was why he felt entitled because everything always went his way and he was in for a treat because the world did not play favorites

As they turned the corner you could see Lorenzo's childhood home. Ari could not wait to enter those big gates and know what they looked like. The large gates opened revealing the mansion. It looked ancient but it had been remodeled and looked more lively.

The drive to the house was long she wondered how big the property was. She had never been to such a place. The waterfall that was in the middle of the driveway made it look more lovely.

The lawns were perfect and the flowers all bloomed making it look more lively. It was quiet apart from the sounds of birds and the whooshing sound of trees as they swayed due to the wind. It looked exactly as she had imagined it, magnificent.

The car stopped directly in front of the door and it immediately opened as servants can rushing. he got if the car and just stood there staring at a marvelous sight in front of her.

Her bags has already been taken by one of the servants and Lorenzo was just standing there waiting for her to finish staring so that they could go inside. She could find a reason as to why he hated it here. If it was her choice she would just live there forever.
