As usual, Song Shuhang completed a set of ❮Basic Buddhist Fist Technique❯, and allowed his body's qi and blood to boil before executing ❮True Self Meditation Scripture❯ to direct a strand of qi and blood into his Heart Aperture.
First Stage was separated into six different smaller realms: Opening Heart Aperture, Eye Aperture, Nose Aperture, Ear Aperture, Mouth Aperture, and lastly, the jump through dragon gate.
Additionally, opening of Heart Aperture was commonly referred to as Hundred Days Foundation Establishment.
