TIME FOR CYCLING

Both me and Jake joined them in the dining table. I was already craving for food.

"How did your survey go", asked Charlie turning towards the both of us.

"It went well", I replied him with a wide smile.

"So what's the plan, we still have one day here", told Charlie.

"Let's freshen up and go for cycling may be", suggested Jake.

"That's a good idea", nodded Ryan.

All right then see you guys in half an hour said Jake and strutted towards his room.

All of us then dispersed promising to be ready in the shortest time possible.

As soon as I entered my room I went straight to the bathroom to clean up. I was confused on what to wear. Since we were out for cycling, I chose to wear a denim shorts, a plain white tee and a cap along with a tiny side bag. It hardly took me 20 mins to get it all done.

When I got downstairs, the hall room was empty. I was probably the first one to get ready.

"Guys be quick" I shouted from the hall.

Soon after I heard footsteps. I turned back to see Jake coming downstairs looking damn hot in a Black joggers and a white tee ( well we were twinning in white tee).

He stopped in his way, looked at me with a brief pause and then walked towards the kitchen. I was confused.

Why was he acting so weird?

I didn't get much time to think before the hall shredded with Charlie's howl. This was his way of showing excitement. Ryan joined some seconds after Charlie.

"You guys took so much time to get ready", I told them.

"I have to look the best you know", said Charlie jokingly.

Both me and Ryan broke into laughter.

"By the way where is Jake?", asked Charlie.

"I am right here", replied Jake coming out of the kitchen.

"The cycles are in the parking lot, let's move then", said Jake.

All of us headed towards the parking and took hold of a cycle.

We started riding our cycle towards the river. I don't remember the last time I had so much fun. Back at home I was a frequent rider.

By 6 in the evening we had reached the river. It was a very quiet place. There was no one there, just the 4 of us.

We parked our respective cycles and sat near the river bank. The place was too peaceful. One could never get bored sitting here even for hours and hours.

We started sharing our stories about our families. Charlie spoke about their friend circle, their inseparable bond, their infinite love and all their mischiefs.

That gave me a perfect reminder to make them realize the amount of fear they instilled on the students of St.Helens.

" Let me just remind you guys that you were very malicious before. I mean everyone was terrified of you", I told them.

"Bella, remember the time you saved me from Jake", asked Ryan remembering the time when we were their target.

"Of course, I do. I was terrified after my act of bravery. Without exaggerating much, I couldn't sleep the whole night thinking what could probably happen to me the next day", I told them.

"Do I still scare you", asked Jake.

"Not at all", I replied with an ounce of braveness developing within me.

"Are you telling me that I no more scare you", asked Jake again.

"Is it too hard for you to digest the fact that you have lost that image of being a terrible person?", I asked him with a wide grin over my face.

"Woah this conversation is going perfect", said Charlie out of nowhere.

Shut up came in reply to his statement from Jake.

"So Bella are you saying that you have started developing fondness for Jake", questioned Charlie.
