[A/N: Two chapters for you guys for now]

Meanwhile, elsewhere.

Inside of a certain mountain.

There was a certain laboratory with various advanced equipment that the people outside would have never seen.

Any scientist from her would be freaked out by the experiments going on around, and they would be shocked at who had made such things possible.

And in this huge building that housed all this, there was a certain lowkey but yet quite a dangerous group of people.

It was a certain group that people speculated continued to exist, but could never prove fully.

This was their hideout, and no matter how much the government and the heroes tried to search for them they never found it out.

That was how secure their hideout was inside of this mountain.

And based on what was seen inside, even if they were found out, it would take nothing less than the full power of the heroes to stand a chance.

But right at this moment, deep inside of the building and in an area that no one was allowed to step forth into…

A certain person was cackling madly.

*AHAHAHA*

"Are you watching this too?!"

A question was presented as various screens suddenly lit up in front of this person.

His question was seemingly random but his eyes locked t one screen where one hero was seen saving people.

"Are you?"

He repeated his question as he cackled madly once again.

Then his eyes shifted to another screen and on it, a new young hero climbed through the ranks rapidly was seen.

The person licked his lips as his eyes shone in an intense interested light.

"This person is superb… and worthy!"

Words were muttered, and nothing could be understood from the mutterings he kept saying himself.

The room was empty, and it seemed as if he had lost his mind.

But he didn't care. His eyes remained glued to the two people on the screens and the sound of the TVs kept playing the news and various other stuff.

He just raised his arms as if some grand evil being and then proclaimed.

"This person is worthy of my attention!"

Then the screens slowly turned off one by one until only the two people he had his eyes on remained lit up before he slowly closed his fist as if crushing them in his hands and then one of the screens turned off.

*Tick*

The room regained a sense of quiet as the screens turned off except the one with the young hero, and the mad cackling of the person continue don as his eyes couldn't leave the hero.

"Worthy, worthy…"

A crazed vibe emanated from him, and the picture on the screen kept zooming and zooming until it showed the face of the hero more clearly.

And it was… Ren.

To be able to reach such a high rank and yet be so young, he was definitely worthy.

'And when I get my hands on him, ahahahahahah'

*Mad cackle*

The room remained as it was and the last screen was turned off.

Only the rumblings of the person remained.

However, be it that many villains have set their eyes on Ren, not many dared to act against him since they knew their own powers and thus their places.

If they acted against him, weren't they just delivering themselves to him?

However, a few rare cases still existed.

Up in space, in someplace extremely mysterious flowing with stardust and planets being visible nearby.

A certain being was floating alone.

Their hands and feet remained flung aside as if they couldn't bother to raise them even slightly.

Their eyes were listless, and it almost seemed like this person was welcoming death from the so much boredom they were feeling.

A white robe hung around their body, but they couldn't hide the feminine features and goddess look of this person.

Surprisingly, such a person that was exuding an immortal's aura was a strong female.

And this woman's eyes at this moment finally showed a hint of emotions.

*Hm*

A soft noise was heard in the silent space as her eyes exuded slight interest.

"My plan was interfered with?"

Nothing like this had happened before.

So, this was something new she was experiencing.

But unlike regular people, she didn't fly into a rage.

It almost seemed like she wasn't the one whose plan was foiled.

"There's someone capable of doing that on that small planet apart from those guardians?"

A small tug on her lips and the next thing that happened was a graceful smile decorating her already godly features.

"I'm interested in this person,"

She had never been this intrigued before.

She knew what she had and the plans she had made on that small planet.

But it was foiled, so she knew that the one responsible was definitely someone remarkable.

As such, she wanted to observe him in person as she couldn't from here, and then, she would make him work under her.

Would he refuse?

*Heh*

"Refuse a goddess like me? hehe"

*Soft laughter*

laughter echoed out in the space nearby her.

It was gentle and easing and anyone would love to hear it as if it was some heavenly music being played to one's ears.

Blue energy suddenly sprung around her form which was floating up and down slightly.

It raged on like a storm and kept expanding until it covered a huge space before it then did the opposite.

It started to shrink.

It shrunk and shrunk until the blue energy took the shape of a woman with cascading hair reaching past her buttocks to her ankles.

This form didn't have any human features though and remained just a form of energy.

Then the goddess blew wind into the figure, and color started to fill this form.

When it finally reached the end, the woman suddenly whispered.

"How much entertainment can you bring me?"

Then the figure made of energy nearby her suddenly opened its eyes and had the same smile on its face that the goddess was sporting.

"I'll have to see for myself then,"

She created a clone. Or more aptly called an Avatar that can descend to the planet.
