Changes in Paradise

Life has become difficult for Rick. As his schedule indicates, it is completely full. Now he is only dedicated to observing the development of the universe. To meet Whis' needs, he has to work hard in every way.

The only good part of staying on the sacred planet is that he is in the process of becoming a Kaioshin. And with that, his training never stops. He already knows what the Kaioshin does. And as he has demonstrated, creating is simpler than it seems once you don't worry about the stability of the universe. In fact, he is already working without official positions. He could be called the first "God" who works illegally. After all, interfering with someone else's work is forbidden. That's why you don't see any destroyers creating.

I take it back, creating is the only reason Beerus is still awake. Whis? Well, his job has become easier since Beerus doesn't sleep. Now he only has to annoy Beerus enough to get him to do his job once a week. He has also done some sightseeing around the universe. Unfortunately, that has caused some stars to disappear. Planets with life are no longer as important as they used to be. But in exchange, that has benefited me, since I have replaced many planets with my artificially grown ones.

In a certain year, I brought a planet with self-proclaimed Protoss. They are the Nordic version of Marvel. They intervened against the Saiyans by joining the Galactic Patrol. They are a proud race with traditions and culture. However, they are too proud, the only reason they are still alive is because Beerus thought there would be someone to bring the Saiyans down a notch.

What? What? Are the Saiyans still alive?

Yes, this year I should occupy their destruction by Frieza, but without Beerus' intervention their lives will be extended for a few decades. Why? Because of the Protoss. The new number of warriors overwhelmed Frieza's legion on some planets. And although the maximum power level was around 5000 at first, the fight against the Saiyans boosted both races.

Currently I have contact with their governor Odin. And Beerus, for fun, contacted the Saiyans, even if he disliked them, that didn't mean he didn't like to compete. So we are both like sponsors of both races.

Whis, on the other hand, took a while to join the game. While we compete for who has the most powerful race in the universe, he is going to create another force in the universe. Of course, this is one of the already known ones. The struggle for power between the Cold Demon race and the Galactic Patrol has eliminated many factions over the decades.

Whis did not find either side to his liking. The best were chosen and the rest were disappointing. He took in races such as the Namekians, Yautja, Na'vi, and Yadrat. And he made them live together on a planet.

After the inevitable conflicts, the four races lived together on a large planet.

They are now known as the Union. Warriors fighting for freedom in the cosmos. Whis introduced knowledge of the vast universe and its beauty so that they could venture outside. He instilled human rights so that many of the inhabitants would have the freedom to do whatever they wanted.

I laughed at that. Who would have thought that Whis would be so brazen as to intervene in the culture of the four and change their racial policies. What is Neutrality? Was our race conservative? Why didn't I find out about this before? It must be funny to see the peaceful Namekians intervening in Frieza's conquest.

The Galactic Patrol was not happy either. The Yautja, who were strengthened by the other civilizations, did not like organizations taking charge of protecting the universe. Basically, as the Union's objective says. It is ironic that with such a name it is dedicated to protecting the choice of each planet.

Nor did Frieza expect his own subordinates to start so many revolutions. The Galactic Patrol had the same problem as well. As mentioned before, although they are mostly beings with a purpose of justice, they impose their rules on the universe, which the hunters find very unpleasant. In addition, the rules of the forest were broken. That's horrible! The Na'vi are against such a thing. Each planet should fend for itself.

In part, it caused the universe to become entangled in a cluster of problems, causing all sides to progress. If Beerus and I were playing with doll's, he would be playing a development game. He turned a competition into something of a chore.

Shin's Release and Goku's Arrival on Earth

Shin and Kibito learned from the Supreme Kai. He was released out of necessity. His planet was under observation by the Grand Priest, although I didn't find out about that until later.

The main cause in this universe has shifted.

Son Goku was sent to Earth because Bardock was affected by the Union's revolutionary ideas. He didn't want his son to work for Frieza, who grumbled behind his back. He clearly experienced it once his power reached King Vegeta's level and he was targeted.

As if by a sign of destiny, Rick finished the multiversal barrier. All the multiverses programmed by greater powers united into a nightmare-level fortress. A nightmare for any unwelcome intruder. Things had changed, now there was an adult on the throne of everything.

Rick met the supreme governor of the different multiverses. Not once, but... hundreds of times. The salesman's smile paralyzed his face for a good while... Zeno-sama's parents. They called themselves the Father of All of the Multiverse.

Such a mania with gods calling themselves fathers, really...

I managed to gain freedoms in certain things, like outside exploration of the shield and creation in my universe. Not Universe 7. No. My own universe, although it was blank. I will be the creator and destroyer of whatever I want. But since the development I've done so far has stayed in Universe 7, I requested permission to intervene in things there.

It was granted.

And now I know where I'm going to build the Multiversal School.
