I know this is fanfic and all, but why go to different worlds. Can't the story continue in the same world, and penny-wise is a powerful ghost of a town, not the entire world. You could have changed the penny-wise world; into a world filled with more powerful scary ghosts and monsters. And is following the canon really important in fanfics.
