I really like the concept of the story. But I really hate the plot armor regarding the hypnosis thing. If all of his problem can be solve because of hypnosis the story will be boring. I really suggest the author read the "Release that witch" novel to get some ideas on how to make a proper empire building story. Also, because of the hypnosis the other characters don't have personality, they are just like puppets. And this is a big thing, because all good story contains character that have personality. Characters, not just the protagonist, that have growth development.

Im confused, there is no such thing as NTR in a fanfiction unless its the mc himself getting NTRed (which should never happen). A fanfiction should not completely follow the plot of the original. So, even if a certain character is with a certain girl that doesnt mean they have to be together in the fanfiction.
