Sigh, never mind, it's romance! 😞 But I understand it’s for the bag 💰, so do what you need to do. Though I’m looking at you differently now, I can't lie.

LIKEHow unfortunate, got my hopes up for nothing. Although this novel is a hard no for me due to the romance tag, I’m sure there are those that will like it. I on the other hand am looking for a unique mc, which this is not.
So, what am I supposed to do? Give a romance novel five stars?! No, that’s simply criminal. That'll never happen, and I’ll never do it! 🙁
Then give it three stars. Give the book the benefit of doubt. Or delete your review. Have you ever encountered those who complain about villainous MCs and give such books poor rating? Or have you encountered those who complain and rate books without romance one star? If you have then you know how annoying they are. That's exactly how you're behaving right now. Do better.
How would you know if he is unique or not without reading it? Have to ask, do you mean villainous MC or MCs that don't care for romance? Because romance doesn't mean an MC is not unique. That aside, have you tried DESTINY GAMES? What do you think of the MC?
I’ve already posted the review, and I can’t change my rating—at least, I don’t know how to. 🤷♂️ Even if I could, I wouldn’t. You had a community that supported you wholeheartedly, yet you stabbed them in the back to join the other side. I'm just doing my part as a member of the community you deserted, warning others not to follow you there. Honestly, I knew your Dao was weak. Deep down, I knew you’d fall to this. I saw through it all when you first announced that the Shadow Spirit Wrath was female. Just by looking at how the spirit interacts with Kelvin, I could tell that your Dao for the art of villainy had faltered. Author, your previous two works may be very successful within the villain community, but believe me, this new book of yours will destroy the castle you worked so hard to build. Your reputation, credibility, and the trust of your readers will be ruined. In fact, your reputation has already taken severe damage. You may think, "Oh, my books are too big and successful with villain readers to fail just because I wrote a little romance novel on the side, right?" But that’s where you’re wrong. A romance writer can never be trusted to write a good villain. And a villain writer who writes romance can never be looked at the same. Just look at all the authors of previously popular books within the community who thought the same. A recent example I can think of is the author of Ascension of the Unholy Immortal. I write all this to say: you can’t have both demographics of readers—romance readers and villain readers. By writing this book, you made it clear that you want to switch demographics.
Yeah, destiny games has been perfect so far. For a novel to be unique at least to me, the mc needs to be either emotionless or neutral evil which means absolutely no romance or harems where mc actually cares for the members. I don't care if side characters engage in such things but the MC should be above such meaningless things. I absolutely do not want a novel where the mc cares about the opinion of others.
That’s honestly why I didn’t even give this book a try or a review because I know you’re a good writer but at the same time I just can’t read a book with romance because so many people have just done an awful job at it on this site
come on , him writing a popular genre novel could be good for the villain mc books as well , if he earns more he may even write more evil mc novels without fearing for money and as for him being able to write romance , lets just say hes using his big brain to simulate the events and btw what happened with ascension of the unholy immortal
This author has a tendency to bend the knee and acquiesce to his readers. And if he has two completely different groups of readers—the villain readers and the romance readers—basically fire and water, he will eventually bend the knee and acquiesce to one of them. And we all know which group has the advantage when it comes to numbers. These SIMPs are undefeated! Sigh, that’s why I say he has switched teams, because one day all his villain MCs will change to sissy anti-heroes to be more acceptable to his new demographic of readers. 😔

I swear GREED must have attracted to many edgy weirdos who think love is bad and that an MC should be unfeeling evil mastermind. Humans aren’t unfeeling. In fact we are quite the emotional race. It makes no sense to completely ignore a story because it has romance aspects especially after seeing how good the authors other stories are. I believe he can introduce romance in a way that doesn’t take away from the premise of the story and it’s kinda odd that you don’t.
don't even bother talking to them. giving one star review just cause the novel has romance is stupid asf. you should know better. your points are valid. the other person is being dumb
why so long
why same comment twice
Summary:
A unique MC? I don't think villainous MCs are unique. Most of them are just robotic, nothing unique. They're also edgelords , nothing special. They're just evil. Most even lack creativity which makes them boring too, just kill kill kill, no depth, pure trash mostly. Right down there with the feminine romance stories 😂 Outright nonsense.
