So? What's the argument here? If someone stole 10$ it's only 10$ not the fact of thieft? At first it's only fanfic, then only some song, then only entertainment literature. Then what? It's another person creation, it doesn't matter that it fanfic, someone else wrote it, it's not place of translator to write whatever she/he wants. Just imagine that someone writing one thing and translate what he wants, does it not deceive all of who read it? It's base of things. By same logic if it's just fanfic, then it's okay to take it and put your name on it saying that you write it even if it's not? Come on it's just the fanfic...
