this is really good, but it's got some stupid stuff from the comics i never liked. how can a tech stop the activation of a gene that gives powers that like saying ur phone can turn ur hair blue by pressing a button. it always made me roll my eyes when the government was able to stop mutants as powerful as Magneto with little effort. then again, i also never like that their was so many powerful mutants. If mutants are so rare as to be 1 in 1 million people but also 1 in 1million are alpha and 1 in 1 billion an omega then thier should be very few powerful alpha and VERY few omega.

32 million mutant population in 2004 according to comics. 1 in 200 people were mutants 1 in a million people being alpha would be 6500 alphas 1 in a billion would be 6-7 omegas. You also forget the unreliable narrator trope. If 1 in a million is a mutant according to the narrator, and we have proof in actual numbers that it's 1 in 200 then 1 in a billion would probably be closer to 1 in 200k so by the numbers we can expect maybe 160k alpha class mutants and around between 160-1600 omega class mutants depending on how badly their ratio skills are.

you're talking about ethnicity, their all American Citizens. America is full of different races.
There is no literature that states they became American citizens. I'm not sure if you've figured this out throughout your life but like it or not, the United States is a natural hub for the rich and powerful regardless of whether they're here as a citizen, diplomat or on a visa. They come in droves. It's literally what would happen if super powered people really came to be. Just look at famous foreign actors / singers, where do they go to congregate?? They're not officially American based on where they flaunt their fame, fortune or power.

You missed the entire point. Many powerful people in the states are not citizens. Once one reaches a prominent level of power and or status, there really is no need to have a national identity as restrictions on where they can go become more and more obsolete.

No it's not. You still miss the point. Look at Elon Musk, he didn't "officially" become a US citizen until he sold Zep2 netting him multi millions of US dollars. You think he went home after that astronomical paycheck to "study" for the US citizen exam??? I was just making a point that when people reach a certain status, they congregate to where the power is centralized. Doesn't mean American's are better/smarter... hell our education is near garbage but we have the highest extremes, Dumbest and most innovative people at either end of the spectrum(due to culture imo). So if people gained supernatural power they would prob congregate to wherever the political worldly power is at that time. With all those super powers that allows them to transcend national identity, why would they be chillin somewhere that doesn't allow them to influence the movers and shakers of the world?
you're point doesn't prove me wrong still. America decentralized other countries by stealing their best. Promises of rewards and a hefty toll for being an immigrant or foreigner. That's why Musk chose to be a citizen and so those other Omegas.
The US just happens to be the best at what ALL countries try to accomplish, whether it's theft or the decentralization of it's competitors. What country do you hail from? I'd like to be enlightened by what I'm sure to be a benevolent nation that is kind to all its neighbors and affords it's citizens with even more freedom than the US does.
