Honestly dropped this on the first chapter, i think we should first follow the mc and some of the other characters for a while before betrayals start to happen, I don't really know anything about these characthers to feel invested in the betrayals and the way the mc reacted didn't feel very realistic to me given the info we had (which wasn't a lot to be fair, first chapter and all), but the story felt like it was going to be very revenge driven, if that's your type of story give it a shot.
Liked it!
LIKEI'm hesitating with how to answer that. the simple way: you've read one chapter, everything you think about the book is false and from what you said, literally the opposite. it would take you to read 4 chapters to have a better understanding. tired answer: this is the second time I'm saying it today but if you want to understand a book, read it. Reviewing is for if you have at least some bases of the story but if your view is based on a false impression then it becomes misinformation. You didn't understand the reactions in chapter 1? make sense, it's indeed chapter 1. I'm the kind of author who develop the story with showing thoroughly the behavior and motivations of the characters through many chapters instead of saying X is bad and jealous in chapter 1.
thanks for the responses, I'll read on and redo my review at some later point, meanwhile if you honestly believe what i wrote to be false you can delete it I'm ok with that
Yalatola:I believe in your good intention so I won't delete the review and let it here for a while hoping you'll write another one, you can even give 1 star, but at least with a real analysis of the story. let me know if you plan to try
