Writing Quality: 5 Stars It's one of the best HOTD fiction I've read. A lot of people who rate this novel low genuinely doesn’t have taste. The MC is not the usual perfectionist or young master MC that people read to make themselves feel better because they can't make their parents proud. But he is a character with flaws and weaknesses. The MC is the greatest warrior to have ever lived in the lore of ASOIAF, which the author has integrated well. In which the quality of the story shows. Also, the fact that it connects to the author other story, "The Black Lord," is very cool and shows how well the author connects the verses. Story Development: 5 Stars The author gets this right in a way that I've seen people rarely do. The MC at the start is a child, and he grows conflicted in terms of the sides and the risks he has to take in the dance. Every challenge he is put into isn't easy. He is the strongest warrior, but he has weaknesses and flaws and tries to overcome them. We see the MC go from an honorable person to someone who is willing to do anything to get his Rhaenyra on the throne. He follows his oath and absolutely destroys the Greens. He is the strongest in all of the world and all time in the world of ASOIAF in this fiction. Character Design: 5 Stars Its very descriptive and we already know what most of the people look like in the world of HOTD. Update Stability: 5 Stars This novel has been completed but before it was updating frequently but the author took some breaks and that's fine. World Background: 5 Stars We all know the world of ASOIAF, but the author manages to capture the political and other landscapes well. The way he describes the world and interactions with it really is a masterpiece.
