Hopefully, this one will not turn out like Tyranny of Steel. As much as I liked that novel, the Pokemon harem kinda thrown me off. The technical aspects and the world-building are why I read your novels. They are always a delight to read and I thoroughly enjoy myself. Good work.

LIKESo all the work he will do for Germany will be reaped by the imperial family? So what's the point? You have to remember that the mentality of royal families is very simple: If you have too much power, they eliminate you when they no longer need you, to avoid unnecessary problems. For them, it is better to be safe than sorry 🤷🏻
Zentmeister:He will not be Kaiser, but he may be Chancellor, maybe...
You don't really understand what a Constitutional Monarchy is do you? The Chancellor holds significantly more power than the Kaiser... Don't get me wrong. The Kaiser isn't a mere ceremonial position like the modern British monarchy, but ultimately the Chancellor had significantly more control over the nation and its function than the Kaiser did. People remember Bismarck, not Wilhelm I for the unification of the German Empire. Bismarck was known as the Iron Chancellor for a reason.

You have a good point. But the popularity of the Prussian royal family is too much. Germans would be willing to die for their Emperor than for their Chancellor. That's what I meant. For example, if Germany had won the war and become the hegemon of Europe and the world, the crown would eclipse parliament, and it would slowly become a puppet institution of the Emperor. Even at that point it could establish absolute monarchy. And the people because of their devotion to the Emperor would not care. But that's just a theory 😅 Back to the novel, since you've decided to make him Prime Minister or Chancellor, in the future will he propose a law to further reduce imperial power? I'm curious. Thanks for answering ☺️

I read through most of Tyranny, don’t go against this scribe on German history. Will have to give this tale a go after this comment.
