Does the game world come to reality? Just curious because it says he marries ingame characters in the synopsis. If they don’t become real then I don’t see it as actually a harem and more so a game mechanic.

Please at least take a look at the free chapters. The Harem part is not the selling point of the book, so yes, this is not a novel that focuses on MC collecting wives, but more than that.
