For sure that’s true, can’t forget those moments too becuse overall the author has done a great job in making moments like this engaging & believable within this world. This is really the only situation that has stuck out to me that I didn’t really like but out of the 800 ish chapters that’s impressive in itself.
I can see a world where everything alignes for this to happen but it’s such an incredibly unlikely scenario. For the Tigers even if they’re close to Daichi it shouldn’t mean they basically go out of their way to find a path for their best player to join his brother and even if they wanted to get rid surely they do let more teams know so they get higher compensation. Cause if daichi joins a random team it still gives him a chance to play with his brother eventually whenever he gets to free agency in a few years. From detroits side, unless they’re in desperate need for a catcher I don’t know why they would go for Daichi instead of maybe trading for someone already in the league. It just seems like the tigers where the one to offer up Daichi to Detroit which again is a bit far fetched for me. Also as the other guy in the comments said It’s apparently against MLB rules to acquire him now anyway. Either way I’m happy to have Daichi back it just felt too easy & convenient.
I’m ngl this feels a little too easy & convenient. The moment Daichi wants to play with his brother again he’s already straight to the same team? To be able to leave so quickly and join the team he wants too as well, the ligers would have to have a need for a catcher to spend the money for a transfer and have no other clubs willing to pay more. Either way I’ll be patient and see how this unfolds. 🤷🏾♂️
Would be good to see them reunite, but from what I’ve heard transferring from the NPB to the major league is notoriously difficult. Let’s see how long it’ll take for him to make the move and if he’ll even be able to join Ken at the Ligers straight away. Would also be cool to see him interact with Steve too.
Don’t all teams start 2 running backs? I don’t know much about American football but I just assumed they start 2 like wingers in football.
Depends if you’re talking about worldwide there’s a few more sporting events with more views than the Super Bowl like the Olympics, cricket World Cup and women’s World Cup. In America tho it’s definitely bigger than the NBA finals and World Series, by quite a large margin too.
No this isn’t true, only Americans think this. Football wasn’t originally called soccer, it was called association football and soccer came about as a slang/ shortened term for football. It was coined by students playing football at the time.
