Kaito helped Naruto become stronger than in the canon, and there have indeed been few changes so far, mainly because the protagonist didn't have the strength or ability to change anything, and most events had already occurred. Making Naruto stronger than the original is already a change, but thank you for the feedback.

Overall its really good but there somethings Im confused about. Theres a huge plothole around chakra. Its said he had a really small amount of chakra but he can apparently use shadow clones. Same with some jutsus, he uses them easily without running out and the issue is rarely addressed. I also hope that his relationships with his parents and naruto could be explained because for example, he invited naruto to his house and suddenly they are best friends, go to ichiraku all the time and his parents teach naruto everything they know easily, seems kinda unbelievable.
