I disagree the issue is that the translators changed the names and then were sloppy. Using the wrong names for the characters, for example changing the brother name to Len but in the same chapter misnaming him as the main character Terrance. Also why does she have two names Emma and Elizabeth? Just plain sloppy translating.

I do not understand why they insist on using Western names in these types of stories especially when it's painfully clear that they're doing Chinese culture especially when they're doing traditional Chinese medicine.
