The idea is interesting but the execution is bad, the start is a bit off, it would be interesting if the protagonist was from a cultivation world, instead he doesn't have a backstory with no memories of previous life but knows the anime plot, he doesn't have any unique moves instead basic KI control with bad names, and his tail that can shoot Ki. He is able to control the transformation with minimal training, low power, and low talent, when it would make more sense to introduce this development after getting the KI fruit. The writing isn't bad, but the chapters are short and the dialogue is mediocre, where he talks to his annoying female lizard friend and is either arrogant or kind. He says others didn't train properly while dismissing the skill of someone like Vegeta that had most potential of the entire Saiyan race. Rather than having a more interesting journey to other worlds, after a single planet he hastily joins the Frieza force with meager power, contradicting their initial stance of avoiding involvement in the plot, and starts boring fights with saibamen and training that consists getting injured, fighting to death and healing, while not being smart and revealing his potential and insulting those who are stronger than him.

LIKEThere's nothing in DBZ that indicates that the oozaru is all that hard to control, especially if you already have an adult's mind. Especially with how even very young children can be gotten through to while transformed by people they care about. And power and talent has nothing to do with it anyway. As for training, the MC is right. Saiyans didn't really do much in the way of training, which probably was Frieza's influence given his concerns about them. And the MC's way of doing it, according to you, is definitely the best way for a saiyan to get stronger.
This whole premise shouldn't work. The instant Frieza sniffs that the MC is hiding his power or has a power level greater than 100,000 he'll get killed by him. The only reason he tolerated Vegeta, Bardock and Nappa was because he found them funny and because they were too weak to threaten him. If they went over a certain threshold, death is surely the only thing waiting for them.
Didn't the OP say that he is not hiding his power?
