Reincarnated as a literal god and your first plan of action is to avenge the original bodies owner (reasonable) and then to pretty much establish a harem. Boring.

Literally anything lol, he’s a god now. He could literally do anything and he chooses a harem. One woman is already difficult enough to deal with why would you waste your omnipotence dealing with multiple.
Exactly anything. What most men like the most is good looking women if you can why not have multiple good looking women. Too much trouble? Maybe it would be in real life but for tianshen all his women are too in love him to even think about disloyal or leaving. What else could he do would be interesting create a world boring a universe boring I don’t see what could be interesting.
What woman can possibly match him alone? He is literally omnipotent, so he can do anything and everything. Why limit himself to a single random woman, who most likely can never match him or challenge him? Even as a harem hater, there should be logic behind it. With infinite stamina, he will never be satisfied by a single woman.
Then he can simply make the one woman have infinite stamina like him, and he will be satisfied, why would he want to deal with multiple women, like why would he, whether it's in the real world or a fantasy one, it doesn't make any sense (sighing in the background, this harem lovers are weird)
