How to say.... It's a ROMANCE novel, with Alucard as main male lead... With harem... You see problem here? Well, author doesn't. Honestly, I don't want to bash it hard. I should. On a basic level, the idea itself - doesn't work. But I am just not in a mood. And beside, if you close your eyes and just forget about mc being Alucard. It's an okay novel. i love the fact he doesn't give af ,I understand it isn't really Alucard ,but guess what guys ,it really isn't Alucard ,wanna know why little guys ,the word Fan-Fiction ,it's didn't have to be exact same thing ,somewhere in the Alucard Multiverse there was a more human Alucard ,why couldn't y'all just chalk it up to that and enjoy

Well, there are few Alucard fanfics, and personally I would like to see the real vampire in different situations, not a poor imitation that only has Alucard's powers and body, but not his way of being. I thought that with the rewrite it would really give us an Alucard similar to the OC, but it turned out the same as in the first version of this ff. This wouldn't bother me if it was any other situation, but the author said that he would write about an Alucard almost equal to the OC, so I kind of feel cheated jajaja

Bruh. You ruined the whole thing by forcing the romance onto Alucard. Like why let Catherine see his memories and why turn her into a vampire? First of all, she needs to be a virgin to be turned into a vampire from Hellsing, and as she is a mother, she does not qualify! Then you let her watch his memories for no reason other than to let her know his secrets and finally you do the dumbest thing and make Alucard suddenly have the urge to protect her due to her sad background... Like really?!!? He has literally lived for thousands of years and consumed milios of people!!! What kind of sob story hasn't he heard? Especially when consuming those that wandered into his mansion (considering they were literally at the bottom of society)! But noooooo!! All of a sudden Alucard wants to protect her! You are basically forcing it so that the story goes the way you want. If you want to make her the love interest then do it in a more natural way like saying she is basically the parallel version of Integra or his lover that never got the chance to create her organization! That would definitely have Alucard interest. But no, he decides to make some random person (to him) into his sired vampire for no reason other than "just because". That's sad. This story has a lot of potential but it's ruined by forcing such a cliche plot. It would be better if you just did this with some reincarnated Mc that wished for Alucard's powers. Then you could push all your bs plot onto him however you want.

The only thing that ruins this story is that you chose a character with a default history and personality, which makes most of the interactions and decisions stupid. If he was just a typical reincarnated mc checked he would be more believable
