Like most of his stories it’s soooo slow. Like infuriatingly slow. It’s seems to be a trend in all of his works, some more than others. I just read 13 chapters but not even 2 days had passed in the story. Sure it builds immersion and stuff but there’s so much description of his thoughts for every action he or anyone else takes so I find myself skimming most of it. The writing is superior to most of the other fanfictions on here and I’m sure there’s already a set direction which he is going to take the story in. It’s a story you can read when you’ve got nothing else that is good but not something which makes you want more and more of it.

LIKEWell I’ve read 50 chapters now and it’s just a slice of life story until now. Once the war starts there will hopefully be some action but for now it’s just been training and cringy interactions with his classmates.
It's not just that the author gives his characters huge potential yet the progress is so slow. Plus he nerfed the light fruit it's supposed to give the user an elemental body meaning it's always made of light so physical attacks wouldn't work on the user but that's not the case here. The author's other book where Naruto also has the light fruit has him stopping the Uchiha clan massacre at 6 so the author clearly knows how the devil fruit works yet nerfs it for this MC
I did the same. I read a little of year 1 then skipped to year 4th. After a couple of chapters I stopped and read the chapter names and decided to wait until this story his chapter 300 to come back.
