But in the filler it is shown how he gives someone chakra, and technically having mastered yin-yang release should make it easy giving a human chakra so perhaps he used a technique to cover a greater area or he didn’t give everyone chakra just some people that had kids etc etc

No the chakra fruit didn’t do anything, that was simply something kaguya ate, but the sage of six paths through yin yang release granted humans the ability to wield chakra
