The story has an understandable writing quality; However, there are things that I personally don't like, for example, telling people that they are fictional characters and that their world is an anime or movie created by a fat otaku. The existential crisis and denial does not exist after revealing that the world is a fantasy and is not the 'real world'; literally the protagonist mentions to the female characters that he comes from the 'real world'. Well... I understand your point of view, but I don't like it. The protagonist could perhaps first explain the theory of the multiverse (omniverse?), the theory of chaos and the butterfly effect, and finally stop referring to his world as 'the real world'.
well if I did that then other readers will say that I am giving science lesson rather than novel thank you for suggestion any way

You could have taken the path that the fictional worlds are a lower plane and the "real world" is a higher plane and the problem is over
Yeah but he doesn’ know if it’s the truth. For all he knows all the worlds are real and the version of anime and manga are just visions of parallel worlds that the Authors experienced. Doesnt mean hes superior to them for believing himself to be from the “real world”

I don't understand mentally challenged people if the you who is reading this and is suddenly in a new world right after reading this and start calling the people you see fake and what not that should be a one way ticket to the asylum it makes me sick when I read it it's like what you see is your reality even if it's the matrix and we are just in a dream it wouldn't make it any less then real at the time and anyone who tries to deny it and run around calling people fake and imaginary and what not need to just be locked up in the asylum with Harley Quinn or the joker as they might actually believe you it's like if I read about a story that is a lot like my life am I going to go into work the next day and start calling everyone fake or whatever nope only some deranged person would even if this is all simulation reality is what we make of it as some could say we could all be in a dream and when it wakes we all poof anyway so when I read all this nonsense it's like why do people think it's a good idea to write 50 chapters of some one crying about being reincarnated or something it makes me rant about it is disgusting and unreadable it's the whole point of reincarnated story to want to be reincarnated into said world or why are you writing about it in the first place rant done peace out
