I like it. The way u write his thoughts is pretty good. The concept of bright bur in marvel is awesome too Will u be doing other people’s pov or na.

I was very surprised by this story, thinking this was just another cliche family tragedy origin story but I was proven wrong. He doesn't just use that tragedy for a one of catalyst moment but actually expands on the tragedy in positive and negative ways. its fleshed out appropriately avoiding any comparison to the cliche. Im not totally sold on the MC yet since I've yet to see how he acts when he loses control again in the present and if it'll throw a curve ball on the path the story is currently headed. The story is definitely worth the read up til this point. and if it follows the present trajectory I expect it'll turn out to be a great story.

I could only get to chapter 9 but in all honesty if you're expecting somebody ruthless like the actual Brightburn you're in the wrong place. Main Problems: // OC's being introduced with one of them being a love interest. // Author doesn't understand the power levels of his own character so the character will be op one minute then get smoked the next (Bare in mind so far the MC hasn't lost once but he never wins either) // No killing certain characters (Loki should've died but author did the ol' plot to prevent it) And overall the story is just boring, he's not as passive as Superman but he's not even close to Brightburn/Homelander or even an anti-hero, just a corny edgy brat who's character development is done in a single chapter.

Nothing really stands out about this, despite MC actions in the events of Avengers, He never changes anything. He is talked like he is some strong Guy, yet he get blasted by virtually anyone. Then there is that useless OC 'arc', its there just for saké for MC to lose horribly and then, for some reason, being trained by his enemy (and to find his love interest, for whatever reason). Author says he wants development, yet MC had a year after seeing his shortcomings and do absolutely nothing about it. MC MC is supposed to be sayain-viltrumite hybrid, yet for the plot, He doesnt get stronger with fights and has to be trained by before mentioned love interest...

Ok... Let's talk. Now if you view my account you will see that I don't review a lot of novels... So you can take something from that... The writing Quality is fantastic, with little to no mistakes, and the some that are there are not annoying but this is coming from a guy who has 12000 chapters of a Chinese novel(yes novel, it's only one 💀) The stability can't be said as there are only 5 chapters yet but it is going well from what I have seen. The story is developed really well the relationship and personality of the characters match perfectly and the Mc POV is very well defined so if you wish to read some high-quality work with proper bonds with all the people in the story and not just with the Female Lead/Female Members I highly recommend this. (I talked about Character design in this well 💀) At last, the world is AU considering the BrightBurn City/Town? is put between the MCU(Is it MCU considering the heroes seem strong or just me). That is all from me and once again I highly recommend this novel... And I hope the author doesn't drop this 💀 (Pss... Do you know that you use emoji in windows with Windows key + Period or Dot (.) ) (My Arms Hurt form typing so much)

Writing Quality 3/5: There were noticeable grammatical errors every so often that I would notice and the paragraphing does get too big most of the time but otherwise the writing quality is good. You are finding your voice and style of writing which is good. Stability of updates 5/5: Updates daily, consistent so far 👍 Story development 3/5: Up until the seventh/eight chapter it's followed the MCU canon (up till avengers) with the MC taking the places of characters in key moments. i.e. beating up Loki, bring the nuke up, fighting thor, etc. Though after the eight chapter the author has been deviating from canon to introduce the OC. If the story continues longer then story development would most likely be a four. Character design 3/5: The main character is the antagonist of superhero horror film Brightburn post movie I presume? (Haven't watched Brightburn). He's a man coming to terms with what he's done and lost and has chosen solitude in hopes for events to never repeat. He gets dragged into another mess years after the massacre where he comes into conflict with his biological instinct and his past. Overall pretty good with how the character progresses in the story. My only gripe is the fact that despite there being characters that could help him find closure with what he's done, a romantic female lead (OC) is introduced. The OC is a crazy battle maniac who is introduced as a blood thirsty person who has no qualms with killing. This OC is then set up to be MCs mentor and helper. Wonder how that's going to turn out, but good luck. World Background 5/5: Simply for the fact that despite there not being a lot of lore on Brightburn, the author has taken the effort to try and build it from the groundup which I can respect. Good on you. Another thing I have to address is don't be too mean to the author and his story or he'll get angry and start deleting your comments :P. Being a new author doesn't give you an imaginary shield to other peoples opinions/criticisms, no matter how stupid they sound.
