My only problem is that he is relying on the store way too much. he is debating whether he should buy shadow clone or hiraishin from the system stone. Don't tell me that the uchiha library doesn't have shadow clone jutsu. Pretty sure uchihas also had the hiraishin or at least a bootleg version of it in their library. So far mc is looking seemingly dumb

I have no doubt they don't have hiraishin, as it was developed by the Second Hokage and only used by him and Minato, the exception being the squad Minato is teaching the Jutsu to. Shadow clones are a B-ranked Kinjutsu, meaning it's restricted to those that fit the requirement. I am unsure as to whether or not the Uchiha have the just, however, if they did the MC would most likely die using it.
