if you go back a few chapters you will find that vegapunk cant copy the phone because it was made by devil fruit power not some technology related thing, there's not even need for a battery with mc's phone, so how could they do it when the one who made the pacifista can't even copy it, search it on google it was dr vegapunk beside how would they code the app when there's no such thing like java, phython, or css to made the application?
