Quite one of a book, I thought it was sad, to me. And not because of the story, but because of the writing. The author gives a very sad and dark tone to the story, which makes me think it was sad. The feeling sad, not the bad one.

It had me confused about what to feel... first it was warm and then the next it was depressing... your way with words did a roller coaster to my mind.
