The Mc is either stupid or acts stupid why in the name of hell is he helping his future enemies, I understand everyone likes the starks but seriously this Mc is acting stupid, why is he bowing so much. Why does he care about the king so much put him under an imperious man for gods sake the worlds about to end and you still allow that oaf to move around and use his authority, the least he should’ve done was conquer the north and reconstruct as soon as he found out that the zombies are coming, honestly the other houses aren’t going to be much help there only a hindrance. He has to bloody look after a lord or lady every single chapter, he’s always protecting them what’s the point of allowing to wield their titles if their uses less. In fact with magic and so much strength why pay taxes for so long when you knew that the end was coming. Honestly the Mc is acting good for a world like Game of thrones, selling Valyrian steel to Tywin how can you be so stupid, just rob him of all the his gold let him explain that. The fact the Robert has a strong will to be able to fight a compulsion is the biggest joke in the whole story.

The person who made this review is a moron who honestly seems like he wouldn't need to read any fanfiction because he believes that magic can make someone god of everything. If you listen to him then you're missing out on a fun story.

On top of everything else said. I didn’t even mind the fact that he was nerfed/ white walkers were buffed. The part that really got me was when his aunt grounded him, a lord rivaling Tywin, someone influential enough to plunge the world into chaos. Then I thought ‘what has his aunt actually done In this story’? and looking back all I can think of was emotional manipulation and putting him down for doing stuff that’s necessary or better in the long run, It’s like having an antagonist at his side for most of the story who the mc refuse to do anything against because… family? Even though he’s been seen to do worse to those closer in blood to him and even those he has built up to be family all started with him doing stuffs to them… ####spoiler#### Mind magic, he used heavy doses of mind magic at the beginning of almost all relationships then suddenly is like ‘no I can’t possibly do this to those close to me’ he excludes his gf and aunt even for simple stuff like legilimancy which would be perfect to show him their true faces/feelings. I can only say it’s dumb, I get it, but after using it on everyone else… The closest people to you (even if one seems to try and ruin everything) are in the best position to actually hurt you and with all the weight he tries to carry himself as lord, I get genuinely frustrated at mc. It’s like he has a brain but it only works sometimes?
