Why? I think it would make this novel much better

Cause some stories gets too hung up on mc's romance. Aka it (most of the time) gets in the way.

Nah a story should be complete I think. Personally I don't like a sexless robot just fighting all the time, in ANY genre. I think some romance just makes character more realistic. I mean which teenager doesn't spend half his time thinking about opposite sex. Not having romance would be too unrealistic for me to digest.

Plus there is also the fact that the author is doing a great job at it. Feels perfect, with slight human and romantic moments complementing the action parts. Too much of anything is bad, it's same for unrelenting action. Romance in mid, makes the action scenes feel less overwhelming and prevents me from getting tired of the monotony of continuous battles.

Because it's nearly impossible for there be good romance in a non romance genre, so it's just just better to leave it all together.

yeah about that I can't remember a good movie that doesnt have atleast slight romance or somekind of relationship.😅
