One of the reason why in most harem novels you will see beauties pursuing the MC instead of the other way around is because it is very difficult to make a situation where pursuing another women, even though you are already in a relationship, justifiable. Because it will be like betraying the Female Lead's love for the MC. Some authors wrote in such a way that the Female lead doesn't mind, but I actually kind of think its quite forced, because in many situations the Femaled lead doesn't know about the MC's other love interests. I think forcing it will make some readers think that there are some hidden problems in the relationship wven though in most cases there wasn't a single chapter addressing that hidden problems. That is unless ofc there is one and that is how the author intended it to be. Like the FM betraying the MC. Kind of a good plot twist if I say so myself. The problem though is in most cases you won't see this(atleast I haven't).
Devil_MasTer:how can there be only 3 or 4 if he'll live millions of years? actually, you can even give him ten or more beauties just make sure to not make this novel just like all other cultivation novels where all MC's women are one-dimensional with similar personalities and their names are the only thing different about them or have them fade into the background later like they never existed. and make MC actually pursues at least one of them instead of the usual where women are falling for him left and right like leaves.
Cultivation world = millions of years of life, how can there be no harem?! Very few though. I haven't planned it but I won't go more than 3-4.
