overrated trash. skips a whole lot of possible content (plot, world-building and character development of MC) while jumping straight into an uninspired high school rom-com setting where the *mysterious* MC can bully idiot rich kids

LIKEHaving a story based on past events are hard when you try to stay true to actual world events. It’s easier to simply create your own present and future. But I understand what you are saying, but the author do flash backs that play some part into the current story all the time. And the school rom-com aspect hasn’t been in the story for like 10 or so chapters.
But it is also true that he skipped a lot of important times in history and a simple flashback to that time won’t be enough

dude your comment is complete bulshit yes it did skip thousands of years to get to modern times but that's not a bad thing he could literally make a Side Story saying everything that happened from the time he got his invitation to the present day day and I want star is extremely low for the story I would say if you want to close it low class it a 3.5 at least
Think you have somewhat of a point, but I'm sure author would appreciate if you used somewhat of a more professional and respectful tone. Also, the main character lived for a long time, and it's unrealistic to make the author make up for all the content. I personality quite like the fact that there's simple side stories that uncover his past instead of introducing him and everything at the start. There's a mixture of flashbacks and the actual story, and that's a difficult transition, in my experience. The author made it somewhat smooth.
