I, for one, love these "rebirth" stories where the MC gains some sort of power after either dying or having a major accident happen to them. In most of these stories, the MC either travels to another world/dimension or remains in his current world, but the main similarity is that the MC gains some type of world rule-breaking ability that defies normal convention. The author for this story takes this in a new way and upgrades the MC's eye to have the ability to not only zoom in/out, x-ray, record, but it also the ability to learn and understand abilities and languages. He then uses it to further his career goals as a blue collar worker. The MC is a wholesome, nice guy that has all of the girls he interacts with fall for him in one way or another, but he never goes past the friendship level with those girls (which I find to a certain degree unrelatable and unrealistic). The females that the MC interacts with also seem unrealistic. The girls are either very dependent on the MC to the point that are submissive and can't think for themselves or they are too independent and aggressive that he come off as being bossy and bossing the MC around without him even being able to do anything. For example, his neighbor/childhood friend bosses him around and makes him buy things for her even to the point where she "borrows" his car and makes him pay for the gas and when he asks for it back she tells him she needs it now and he can have her old janky car. What is even more infuriating is that not only does he not even say anything to call her out on it or tell her she shouldn't do it, he just grumbles and agrees to her selfish demands. The author tries to portray the MC as a clever and savvy person when it comes to developing his business, but for some reason he can't even at the least tell this friend of his that what she is doing is overly selfish and that he will not enable her?!?? It would be at least a bit more understanding if he liked her, but throughout the story he has always maintained that he saw her like a sibling. Overall, I believe this story has great potential and I wish to see more chapters in he future (not sure why it stopped), my only complaint is in the character portrayal and I wished it was more realistic.

Read 600 plus chapters on "cough" other site. It's getting tough to continue reading this novel, usually only pick up to read when waiting for other stories to update since I've already invested reading many chapters. At this point, my review of the author sums up to: "Frog in a well". Author reflects in his writing, the thoughts of what it seems like an extreme nationalist school boy who bought into all the propaganda fed to him with an extreme narrow view of the rest of the world. Even the translator (original) gets disgusted with the author's "interpretation" of how others view China. It can get vomit inducing... Although it starts off well with a decent concept and story, it later turns into a terrible harem attempt (makes you think the author is a virgin schoolboy). Loads of plot armor added for ridiculous scenarios that likely didn't work out as author originally intended. Lots of repeated scenes that seems childish as the author attempts to portray everyone as either racist or elitist with a subsequent "face slap". It's obviously forced when that aspect doesn't fit with the rest of the said character's personality. Ugh, if it wasn't written by someone with an extreme narrow view of the real world, it would be decent. Author should have done a transmigration to a different world instead of using Earth and modern society as the world. Then maybe the narrow understanding of the real world wouldn't have such a negative effect.

I have read until chapter 50 to make this review —————— If you have a super eye that could work wonders, what would you do? Some would go use it to gain money, some would go help with the unsolved cases, some would help their friends and families, and some would use it for indecency. This MC does all of this... That should have been a good thing if not for almost every chapter he “accidentally” or “coincidentally” uses it to spy on every women he meets, and apparently all of them are hot. And that should also be a good thing because who wouldn’t want to see good looking people. But after a few chapters, you will just consider it as filler words. ~~~~~ “Ooo this eye gives me x-ray visions!!” “Oh my god! A woman with perky breast, round bottom, and creamy skin! I am so blessed to see this!” A couple chapters after “Oh my god another one! With the same thing but described differently!” The next chapter later “Oh my god! Another one but this time they’re wearing extra clothing. I shouldn’t look. Oh who am I kidding I can’t help it, the eye acted on its own!” Another chapter later”Okay Xia Lei, you’re doing this for business opportunities to know what’s really happening behind the shadows. *Uses the eye’s power* Okay I have infiltrated. Oh my god! The CEO of the business is a hot woman! And she is changing in her room!! *Insert similar description used to describe a hot woman*” ~~~~~~ And that’s basically what I have read. I thought that it would become more interesting as the novel progresses but it doesn’t. So all in all, I was hooked by the summary and disappointed by the actual story. I almost forgot, the MC always gets dominated by all of the woman he meets and follows what he is told. If the woman is not domineering enough, he turns soft and gives in anyways. When the woman is up to no good, he tolerates it because she’s hot. He says he won’t but he does. The only thing I liked was that he’s not greedy with with the money he obtains as he appropriately shares it with his family, friends, and employees. But he is ‘greedy’ with ‘hot women’s’ naked body. I did ‘hot women’ because almost every woman he meets is this. ———— If you are a reader and found the summary interesting and is actually looking for a great story, all I could say is save yourself the time and effort for this one. But I can’t really tell you what to do, so do whatever you want.

Worst mc ever such a bull**** artist always saying that he be loyal but as soon as he’s faced with a situation he buckles then swears to look after them it just makes a perfectly good novel turn to a crap. If you truly love someone would you lie cheat and and fu$k around. A Mc that thinks himself as righteous honourable and loyal he goes and cheats with his childhood friend just hours after getting married all coz he can’t control his dik always saying he has no feeling of love and treats her as a sister then goes and fu@ks her as soon as temptation arrives then tells his wife that she’s the best thing that ever happened to him no will power at all then saying why not just fu@k around with every single girl and live life to the max is that really a excuse to make a good mc now that’s a bull**** artist who’s selfish and only cares about himself if any one of those girls did what he did he would ***** around and and say that she’s a slut those mcs act exactly like those second generation rich kids that everyone hates but just makes excuses to make himself righteous would you really like a person like that it just pisses me off a good story turned to crap so many good novels turn to crap just coz the author wants to be a player

In other site there have 700+ chapter. Why there are only 65 chapter????? Whatever I'm not going to say anything about that. Novel's cover looks like the hero was very ruthless but the hero was very honest. But the idea of the story is not copy from other wuxia novel. The storyline is very different. And X-Ray Vision is also used very differently. What else can that chapter say? What else I can say after read 65 chapters only. I can say that the 65 chapter would not waste your time.
