Secret plots

As bright idea entered Xu Yue's mind, and she tried to use her new technique on herself, a lightning bolt suddenly struck the roof of her cave abode, completely ignoring any and all formations inside of the sect.

Xu Yue immediately stopped herself, instinctively knowing that this was not yet the right time.

The frown on Xu Yue's face eased once again after a few minutes, a smile replacing it in an extremely short period of time.

Xu Yue then once again began reviewing her gains from the breakthrough, beginning with her sword skills.

As she began reviewing her skills, Xu Yue found that her skills had once again increased, even without her having to train them.

Xu Yue suddenly thought of the Lesser Heaven Scrying art, as that thought entered her mind, she suddenly remembered all of the doubts that she had about it in the past, right now Xu Yue felt like her previous self was quite stupid.

All the doubts she had about the technique were suddenly completely resolved, sadly for Xu Yue, this did not mean that she had completely mastered the technique, as she suddenly saw several more flaws in her way of thinking, but even so, her mastery of the technique had increased massively.

"If this is my proggres right now, I wonder what will happen when I reach Minor Trancendace or even Major Trancendance," mumbled Xu Yue under her breath as she continued feeling her now enhanced technique

After Xu Yue's breakthrough into the True Awakening realm, her mastery of every single one of her techniques had been thoroughly enhanced far beyond her previous self before her breakthrough.

Every single one of her techniques, from the Lesser Heaven Scrying art to the Foundational Movement Technique had an earth-shaking change.

"Thirty more years of seclusion should do," thought Xu Yue as she decided to continue her seclusion and continue strengthening her foundation.

Even though she could already enter the next cultivation stage, Xu Yue was not in a hurry at all.

Inside of the True Awakening realm, there are only two actual stages, the True Awakening stage itself, when, the cultivator has completely transformed from before, alongside the Seed Stage.

To enter the seed stage, cultivators must condense their own Daos into a seed and grow it as much as possible, with it transforming into a sapling at the Minor Trancendance Realm.

"The Seed Stage is extremely important, I should strengthen my foundations for at least a thousand years before entering it," mumbled Xu Yue as she thought about the future.

Unknown to her at this moment, someone was thinking of Xu Yue at this time.

In an unknown location, an androgynous figure was sitting cross-legged.

If someone looked at the figure, they would not be able to make heads or tails about their gender or identity, the mask that concealed it's face seemed to be stuck to it, completely immovable.

Even if someone looked at the soul of the being or even at their very existence, the mask always appeared, concealing their identity.

As it was thinking about the meeting it had a while back, the being seemed to have sensed something.

"True Awakening," mumbled the figure under it's breath as it received some good news, it then walked towards a particular part of the temporary cave abode.

As it activated the formation in front of it, several avatars appeared around the being, it seemed as if the being was part of two different groups of people.

"She has reached the True Awakening realm," said the androgynous being as a smile was concealed by it's mask.

Hearing this, the other participants of the meeting nodded.

After that, they began talking about many unrelated things.

As they were talking, one particular avatar shook its head twice as if it was responding to a question, after that moment the talking quieted down before completely stopping, the meeting then stopped.

After the end, of the meeting, a beautiful smile appeared on the androgynous figure's face, sadly the smile was completely concealed by the mask.

In the endless void,

Looking through the contents of the meeting in his mind, Hongjun frowned.

"I don't remember reading about them," mumbled Hongjun as he carefully searched his memory, trying to find something about them.

Upon not finding anything inside his memories, Hongjun then looked towards the cave abode of the Androgynous figure.

He sighed as he saw nothing but a random mountain in the place of the abode.

"The Heaven-Shrouding Mask is too troublesome," mumbled Hongjun as disappeared.

In an undisclosed location in the void,

As two figures traveled through the void, a third one silently watched over them, protecting them from danger.

If the androgynous figure was here, it would be able to recognize that this being was one of the participants of it's meeting.

After making sure that the Two cultivators were safe, the being disappeared, leaving no waves in the river of fate.

It seemed as if the appearance of the being did not cause any changes, the only one who could know such a thing was the being itself but sadly there was no one there to ask it.

Inside of a certain place inside the Three Thousand Regions.

The Eye of the Heavenly Dao slightly shook as an even more enormous eye appeared before it, the eye scanned the entirety of the three thousand regions, leaving not a spec of dust unchecked, but sadly, it did not find it's goal.

The Eye then disappeared a moment later, it's incarnation dispersing.

Unknown to any beings other than the Heavenly Daos, Incarnations of the Grad Dao personally canned every single dimension, searching every single grain of dust only to find it's goal.

Sadly, it seemed as if the Grand Dao once again did not find anything, as had happened several thousand years before.

It was unknown what things could cause the Grand Dao to be so cautious and careful, but regretfully no mortal being will ever find out this mystery.
