As the last few items were being auctioned, an eery silence ensued in the auction house, even as cultivators continuously bid on the items, they couldn't help but glance towards a certain room on the third floor.

Sadly, the one-way window equipped with several formations restricted those below from knowing what was happening inside, while those above did not dare send her spiritual sense, for fear of their own lives.

"This has become really quite boring," mumbled Xu Yue as she looked at the broken Heaven Ranked sword being sold.

Suddenly, a knock could be heard on the door of the private room, causing the three cultivators to send their spiritual senses over, leaving Shi Yao and Shi Xia looking towards the auction taking place as to not look too out of place.

"Come in," said Xu Yue as she tapped her finger on the edge of her chair twice.

As a beautiful woman entered the room, Xu Yue immediately recognized her, she was the one that assisted the old man in managing the auction how.

As she remembered that scene, Xu Yue couldn't help but think of a shield in of the being's hands, specifically a small corner of the shield.

Once again reliving her memories, Xu Yue finally saw the small corner piece be ripped from the shield and flung far into the distance.

"At least some aura of infinity stuck onto the it," mumbled Xu Yue as she began ignoring the shard, completely focusing on the aura.

As she looked at the aura more and more, Xu Yue couldn't help but be more and more disappointed.

"At least I did have some insights," mumbled Xu Yue as she completely understated her amount of improvement, as compared to before, right now, her Dao had somehow become three to four percent stronger, saving what would have been for other people, hundreds of years of seclusion.

Sadly, only a small amount of aura hit the shield, while an even more tiny amount actually hit this piece, the amount that actually stuck to it was even more minuscule, letting Xu Yue only have time to study it a little bit before it dissipated.

After looking at the formation flags for a moment, Xu Yue handed Xia Xinyun seventy-eight more spiritual stones.

"I shall take my leave," said Xia Xinyun before exiting the room, leaving Xu Yue to look at the formation flags.

"It's quite interesting, this formation doesn't have a creator," mumbled Xu Yue as she examing the karma of the formation.

She then found out how this formation was found in the fate region before being sold to the Myriad Heaven auction house by a loose cultivator, however, nothing before the moment it was discovered could be found about the formation other than that it was in the secret realm for an extremely long time.

"I should check out the secret realm when I go to the Fate Region," thought Xu Yue before trying out the effect of the formation.

"This formation should have great effects on body refining," mumbled Xu Yue.

"But this is much more interesting," said Xu Yue now talking in a normal tone.

After a while, Xu Yue stopped sending as much Qi into her palm, only sending enough so that the small black hole could maintain itself.
