Ch 10 - Meeting The Lazy Cyclops

Third Person Pov

In the Hokage's office early in the morning.

Hokage: "Alright everyone it is time for team assignments, jonin instructors please step forward"

Jonin: "Hai Hokage-sama"

Random Jonin: "Hokage-sama, Kakashi-san is not here yet"

A blur suddenly appeared in front of the random no face jonin revealing a white haired cyclops.

Kakashi: "Gomen, gomen, Hokage-sama I hope I'm not too late."

Hokage: "Alright now that everyone is here lets go over the students records and settle the assignments.

The rookie of the year Sasuke Uchiha and the Kunoichi of the year Sakara Haruno should be on the same team, as for the last one I'm not sure."

Random Jonin: "Hmmm isn't it that demon last place this year, that is usually the mission assignment."

Before the Hokage cold do anything the NPC looking Jonin suddenly felt cold all over.

He looked up to be met by the squinting of a white haired man.

Looking at his eye it looked like it was a dark abyss that would swallow him whole.

The generic Jonin number 3 fell back on his ass and was sweating heavily.

No one paid attention to this but the small smile on the Hokage's lips showed that he approved of this action.

Hokage: "Naruto is indeed last place but not because he actually failed the academy but because his work has been sabotaged since he joined so he has been performing at an average level to avoid the civilian council. Or at least that is what he told me. I tested him a bit and he has reached the standard for passing."

This was made purposely vague and only Asuma his son and Kakashi who knew the old man best realized this.

Kakashi: "Even so the records are what they are so I will take on the team"

Hokage: "Very well, all the other team assignments shall remain the same. Dismissed. Kakashi you stay behind."

Pov Kakashi

I stayed behind when the old man called for me.

"Hai"

Hokage: "Alright, I just wanted to ask you to push Naruto during the bell test to find his limit. I've know some of his capabilities but I'm not sure how strong he actually is"

"Really, with his behavior I would assume he would brag about all of his capabilities."

Hokage: "Another ruse from him. His acting has gotten scarily good that it is even hard for me to discern his real personality."

"Hmmm well, it sounds like he has a lot of potential. The Uchiha is also talented I suppose and I'm not sure about the last one."

Hokage: "Hmmm well Sasuke-kun is lost in his grief and revenge. Try and get him to connect with his teammates is my advice. Anyway go check them out yourself, I'm sure you'd enjoy that more."

"Hai Hokage-sama"

I flickered out of the office and appeared on a building opposite the school shortly after.

It seems Iruka has already assigned the teams and mine is the only one still there.

Let's test there patience shall we.

I started to read my book while keeping an eye on the three.

It seems I've got a antisocial angsty teen, a typical fangirl, and... an anomaly.

I can't seem to read him.

He suddenly turns towards my direction and winks and then goes back to reading.

Hahh, he is like a perfect mix of his parents to the point that it is uncanny.

I waited for another hour and it seems that the Uchiha is about to snap in anger and the fangirl is restless, and the last seems like he knows I'm about to come as he put his book away and smiled.

Pov Naruto

I finally get to see my prank come together.

I set up seals to change hair color of everyone as soon as Kakashi-sensei walks in.

And.... boom.

Smoke went off and the result was a pink haired Kakashi, a brownish green Sakura, and rainbow colored Uchiha, while mine turned blond.

Now that I am twelve and my accelerated growth, I am just short of Kakashi's height and now with my hair being blond I look like a copy of my dad except the purple eyes.

"Hahahahahaha, this is great."

Sakura: "Sorry sensei, it is all this idiot's fault."

Sasuke: "How dare you do this to my hair."

There was a pause where I just continued to laugh.

Kakashi: "My first impression of all of you is terrible. Meet me on the roof."

I body flickered with Kakashi and found him doing a bunch of hand signs and undoing the prank.

I was about to do mine when I noticed Kakashi looking at me.

"I look just like my Dad with hair like this right."

I undid it and in a daze he answered.

Kakashi: "Yeah it is a little uncanny when your hair is the same color like that. You definitely got Minato-sensei's features."

He froze for a second and then turned serious.

Kakashi: "Since when did you find out."

Naruto: "The first year I started the academy. I found out about the Uzumaki from the history books and found out about the only Uzumaki that would be around my parent's aproximate age at the time in the cemetery, Kushina Uzumaki. I then snuck into the school's archive room and found that she was in the same class as the Fourth Hokage. Other than that, like you said I look exactly like him. I was pretty sure but you just confirmed it."

Kakashi: "That is pretty good. Your parents would be so proud of you. I'm sorry I haven't gotten in touch."

Naruto: "Hah, it is alright. I know you tried and sensed that you followed me around as an anbu for most of my younger years so thank you."

Kakashi: "So you found out that as well huh. Your welcome."

He eye smiled at me and finnaly my two teamates showed up.

Sasuke flared up that I got here first and his loyal fan girl joined in his effort to prance around like a god damn peacock.

It is getting to the point where I seriously need to consider killing him off.

I can't kill him until yet as that will set Itachi on me as well as upsetting Orochimaru.

I've also almost figured out how to siphon out the Indra chakra from him and mix it with the Ashura chakra in me which still has not really activated.
