Entrance examination (2): The Practical examination.

"Before we proceed to the practical test area. I have an announcement regarding them," said the General.

The students were annoyed by the change. Not only was there a massive change in the battle performance test, but there might also probably a massive change in the practical test.

"Some of you know the Skeleton Graveyard Dungeon, right?" The General asked. "The practical test will be completely focused on that. We prepared fifty questions, which should be answered for half an hour, and the half an hour would be focused on math, history, and science."

The General smiled at their dumbfounded reactions. "Overall, there will only be an hour of the practical test. If you failed to answer the questions before the given time. Better next time, I guess? That is if there will be." The General guffawed.

His excessive laugh brought a lot of discontentment from the students, but they could not complain about it. As expected, there was literally a major change in the practical test. However, some students who always had a positive mind asked questions.

"Does a single test cover math, history, and science? Or will there be a time interval for each of them?" The student who asked earlier questioned the General. The latter replied, "Of course, there will be a time interval between them. Thirty questions for math, which should be answered for ten minutes, likewise for history and science."

Even the appeared the smartest student was dumbfounded and speechless by his revelation. He wanted to complain but could not, for he knew the reason for the rushed practical test.

From the annoyed expression of the four important guests, it should be true they hated wasting time, and as they heard they had to wait for an hour, a frown and discontentment appeared on their faces.

"Any questions?" The General asked.

He thoroughly enjoyed the student's mixed reactions, but it all purely leaned on negative emotions. After all, how could they not be dissatisfied with the arrangement? Answer thirty math question under ten minutes is clearly absurd.

Five minutes passed, and by that time, all the students were now seated in their seats with the teacher already in front of a pack of test papers laid on his chest. Seriously, how rushed does the general want? Only five minutes passed before they could even take a breath. The exam was about to begin.

"In this classroom, there are only thirty students from different schools ready to take the practical test. With each of their distance over ten meters, it's impossible to escape from my eyes if you all thinking of cheating. Hence be honest and answer the questions truthfully," said the teacher as he passed the test papers at the front.

The front-seated student immediately passed the test papers behind his back before answering the test without bothering the teacher, who was about to announce the start of the test. The teacher did not mind the lack of etiquette of the student, for he knew that even the practical test was a battlefield.

The teacher looked at the clock and realized there were still five minutes left before the start of the test. He looked at the students who were already immersed in their tests and decided not to disturb them. Among them would be a cream of the crop and probably something he could not offend in the future. Hence he held his playful thought without hesitation.

He was right, for Draven was currently among the student who had partaken in the examination. His fingers playfully twirled the ball pen by rotating gracefully, causing some students who saw him doing it, enthralled by his circus performance.

Currently, his facial expression bears no pressure or tension from the rushed practical test, as he treated it as though a quiz his teacher issued almost every day back then. He was clear-headed, and every word that floated in his head was organized, with each question would be answered with not a second passed.

Due to his enhanced physique, he answered the practical test in a neat, tidy manner, causing his writing style organized and readable by even grade 1. The teacher saw Draven's confidence in answering the questions, as he watched him in amazement.

There was not once a frowned or troubled expression appeared on his face as he elegantly pushed out another piece of paper before moving on while did not even bother checking to confirm if he answered it right.

"Amazing," muttered the teacher. "It seemed he was not faking it since there was no reason to do it. Even if he wanted to impress me, he would only be humiliated once the result will reveal later."

Meanwhile, Draven's momentum slowed once he reached the fill-in-the-blank stage, but it did not hinder him from answering it without feeling any trouble at all. His momentum, however, clearly slowed after he answered the multiple-choice question.

Yet despite the slow momentum, it was two times faster than the other students, whose eyebrows arched upward with frowning expressions on their faces.

"The Skeleton General can summon up to five skeletons with power equivalent to a Phase 1 awakener. However, these five skeletons had the same mind, the same perspective, and the same judgment. If five of them are in sync, with the Skeleton General as a remote controller. How will you win this situation with a teammate who doesn't even know each other?"

Draven now reached the essay question stage, as he felt the real challenged has now begun. It all depended on his judgment, perspective, theory, and philosophy to convince the reader with his persuasion.

There were so many answers to the single question, but since the reader who would grade his answer might have been looking for his taste, Draven had to give the reader what he wanted.

He answered in the empty box what he thought and he precisely wrote every context without grammar issues and words that could break the flow.

As expected more and more essay questions keep making him think more from a broader perspective, causing him to feel light mental exhaustion. However, with his mental resilience, it was nothing as he continued to answer them with a pleasing writing style, with content that appeared brilliant and neat. The ink on his ball pen was depleting at a faster rate, but Draven finished the test as it halted on the half level.

Draven's chest rose as he breathed out a sigh of relief while feeling his mind was clearer than before.

'The more you work your mind, the more it will bring pleasure to you,' thought Draven.

Before he became a study maniac, he was like any other student who would feel trouble from the lack of knowledge. They wanted to remember something, which did not even exist in their memory. The human brain was the same in the Human body.

If a person worked to improve his body, then it would improve likewise for the human brain if they wanted to improve it by constantly feeding it with knowledge. It was indeed pleasurable when Draven answered the Question on the practical test without feeling troubled.

As though, Draven felt pleasant with his physical appearance, after he worked hard to obtain it. Although, his current appearance was changed due to the work of the Goddess.

"I'm done."

Draven handed his test paper to the astonishment of the students and the teachers. The teacher immediately regained his composure as he looked at his watch, before writing a certain number to Draven's test.

"Time it takes to finish his test is eighteen minutes and forty seconds." The teacher gazed at Draven. "Congratulations, student. You have completed the practical test. There are still more than ten minutes before the next test. Do you want to answer it now?"

Draven looked at the edge of the table where another stack of papers lying in silence. Draven nodded his head, as he received a test paper before returning back to his seat to answer it.
