Ten minutes before an hour passed of practical examination. Three groups were currently in a gathering while talking to each other as they waited for someone.
The first group only consisted of boys, as their main color uniform was azure blue; a sea color striped necktie hanging on their necks, a polo shirt with a colored blue complemented to its vest, while long light blue pants with blue socks and blue school shoes.
All of them were blue, and it would be funny if their underwear were colored blue as well. They were the students of the Geka high school, known for being called the Avatar from a well-known movie.
The second group consisted of only women, and their school uniform was light feminine colored. Their appearance was tidy and neat, as some long hair girls have silky, smooth hair, while some arranged their hair to a bun shape. They were the Loba high school.
The last group consisted of either gender, while their school uniform leaned on the color green, and the majority were black. Their skin color was akin to an African-American race before the catastrophe, but it could also be their current race since only ten years passed. They were the Kreg high school under the rule of the Franklin Family.
The hot topic they were currently engaging in was Zeka high school students as the most mentioned students of them were Aiden and Isabella. The first and second group was under the order of the Government. Their students, or probably the whole school goal, was to take down the current number one spot of the Zeka high school, hence the reason for their gathering.
The third group, the Kreg high school, was not actually part of their group, as they insisted on banding together to defeat the Zeka high school, which was out of their expectations. However, they still accepted their offer seeing their goal might be the same, but barely not. The Kreg high school had an interest in a single student under the information from above, which they disclose even to them.
The first and second group was currently in a discussion, while the third group had their own reality as though they were introverted. However, the first and second groups doesn't mind it, as they waited for the final person to come before they could finalize their plan.
"Here he is," said a student from Geka high school.
The first and second group halted their gossiping as they looked in the direction where the person who announced was looking. The third group was curious about the person who let the first and second groups wait for five minutes.
"I'm sorry," said the student, which from his school uniform alone should belong to the Zeka high school, as he gasped for air.
"What took you so long?" a girl from the Loba high school complained with a frown.
"I'm sorry," the man bowed, feeling apologetic. "The practical exam was so hard that when I noticed there was no time left. I could only pass the test paper to get here in time."
He expressed his regret and probably the saddest decision he settled with them. However, he only received scornful looks and some other meaningful glare, as though he was being treated as an idiot.
"Do you really think practical exams mattered that much?" a student from the Kreg high school could not hold his mouth from babbling.
"Although, battle performance would no doubt decides your chances of getting to some prestigious academy and colleges. It is still important to ace the practical exam if you want yourself in the other field, which the academy and colleges are interested in," said calmly from the Geka high school.
The Kreg high school student wanted to retort but got interrupted when he received a glare from his fellow classmate. He appeared to be their leader as he listened without discontentment.
"Anyway, I hope you do well in your practical exam." He smiled as he reached out his hand and introduced himself. "I'm Jasper, the appointed leader of the Geka high school group. Pleased to meet you."
Elliot had a good impression of him as he accepted his hand and shook it with an amiable smile. He had a good impression of Jasper which only took him a single meeting to conclude. He also introduced himself as he tried to remember the other member of the Geka high school group but failed as he only remembered Jasper.
He turned his head to the Loba high school as they gave him disgustful looks. After all, how could they not, when Elliot's mouth was drooling when he saw their leader, who was their role model and the person they admired?
Most of them were already clenching their fist as they were ready to punch Elliot's drooling face when a single cough broke their intense atmosphere.
"Mr. Elliot," interrupted Jasper. "Your mouth is drooling." He guffawed afterward. "Judging from Ms. Stella's reaction. It is indeed natural she would receive such a reaction when people who were unaware of her saw her."
"I see."
Elliot immediately wiped the saliva below his lips as his mouth curved into a smile. He looked at Stella admirably and tried to engrave her face into the deepest part of his memory.
'A blonde hair, a blue oceanic pair of eyes, a celestial nose, and alluring lips as though enchanting me to kiss it.'
While Elliot was immersed in the process of etching the face of Stella on his deepest part of memory. Stella grew annoyed as her frowning face explained it all.
"Stop staring at me, pervert." Stella walked close to Jasper as she clung her hands to Jasper's arm. "Jasper owned me, so stop having those thoughts of being together with me."
Elliot received the enormous shock of his life before he regained himself as he turned to Jasper with a surprised look.
"Anyway, let's put aside some nonsense matter," said Jasper. "There's only seven minutes left before the end of the practical test. Before we get called, let's proceed to the main reason why we gathered here."
Elliot was then awakened as he remembered something unpleasant that brought him here, and he was about to commit something unforgivable.
"Before I will give you what you want…" Elliot's piercing glare was directed at Jasper. "Do you really have what it takes to beat Draven?"
When Elliot mentioned Draven's name, even the Kreg students could not control their surprise. They looked at Elliot with a face full of shock and bewilderment. How could Draven suddenly enter their conversation? Should not Aiden and Isabella be the only student the Geka and Loba high schools targeted? They wondered as their leader asked with a calm expression.
"How do you know Draven?"
His fellow girl classmate walked closer to his ears filled with embarrassment as she whispered, 'Boss, it's natural he knew Draven. Look at the uniform he wore. He might even be his classmate.'
The Boss steeled expression did not turn red, as his black, indifferent face was unperturbed by the embarrassment he caused.
Without taking his eye off Elliot, who looked at him as though he was dumb, he demanded, "Do tell us the deal you made with them. They are surely unaware of the strength Draven currently holds."
"What did you say?" Stella reacted in temper. "Do you even know how strong Jasper is? He might even break your proud steeled body with a stick!"
"Hold your horse's baby," said a student with a fierce expression trying to defend his boss.
"Who's your baby?" Stella's soul power was acting up as if she wanted to teach the man a lesson.
"Calm down Stella," said Jasper directing an ambiguous glare to Stella, who immediately calmed down.
"It seemed you only partake in this group with the goal of targeting Draven," smiled Jasper amiably. "I'm pretty sure you will not be benefited from Mr. Elliot's offer, Mr. Hugo. Why don't we work together to defeat Draven?"
Jasper sudden offer greatly surprised Hugo.
"I'm aware of Draven's strength as I saw his video defeating Isabella in a one-sided slaughter."
