The classes finally ended and so did Miyata's musings with a conclusion. He just planned to live his hero's life until he's forced to go the other way. It never hurts to have a backup plan just in case. Miyata along with the rest of the students started packing up his stuff. A few minutes later Miyata walked out of his classroom and was about to move towards the exit when he was called up by an unfamiliar voice.
"Hey! You dropped this." A boy's voice entered his ears. Hearing it Miyata turned around and saw a boy having purple hair walking towards him. He had a pouch in his hand, it was Miyata's pouch which somehow had dropped from his backpack. He looked towards his bag and found that he had forgotten to close his bag's zip.
Miyata found the face of the boy a bit familiar but couldn't quite recall it. He with an embarrassed expression accepted his pouch from the boy while saying, "Thanks a lot, man. You saved me from the trouble of buying a new one."
"It's alright." The guy said without much of an expression on his face.
"No, it's not. Let me treat you to some snack please." Miyata said.
"Snacks?..It's alright. I'm in a hurry." The guy said as he tried to walk forward but just at that moment, a growling sound escaped from the boy's stomach and entered Miyata's ears making the guy stop in his footsteps.
A strange silence ensued between the two as both of them maintained an awkward eye contact with each other for a few seconds. A few minutes later both Miyata and the guy were sitting inside a fast food restaurant munching on their warm and crunchy burger. As the delicious food entered their mouth wanting their willingness to interact with each other also increased.
During the whole journey to the restaurant, they didn't interact much as after their awkward encounter Miyata had just asked the guy "You want to go eat with me?" to which he just nodded. During the rest of the journey, they didn't talk with each other at all. It was only now that an appropriate environment had been made to talk with each other.
"I'm Miyata Hideyoshi, Nice to meet you," Miyata said while wiping the mayonnaise off his face. "I'm Hitoshi Shinso, Nice to meet you aswell." Hitoshi replied while wiping off the burger remainings over his lips with a napkin.
Miyata's eyes widened after hearing the guy's name. It was at this moment he realized why he found him familiar. He was the guy with the brainwashing power. Seeing Miyata's eyes widening like this Shinso couldn't help but ask "Is there a problem Miyata?"
Hearing Shinso voice Miyata soon recovered himself from his state and shook his head as he answered while pointing at the glass window behind Shinso. "Nothing..it's just...I saw an amazing beauty pass outside making me awestruck."
Hearing Miyata Shinso couldn't help but also look back but unfortunately for him, it was all a made-up lie. "Ah Shucks, I also wanted to see her." Shinso called out in a frustrated voice.
"Too bad. From the looks of it, my luck is pretty good today." Miyata said as he chuckled leaving an annoyed Shinso.
After paying for the snacks for both of them Miyata walked out with Shinso. He tried his best to pay for himself but Miyata was quick on his feet and gave the money before Shinso could. With a smile of victory Miyata was walking back home along with Shinso.
"Where do you live Shinso?' Miyata asked as they were walking.
"Not far from here...." Shinso explained the direction of his home to Miyata
"That's so close to me! Strange we haven't met before." Miyata said just for the sake, he knew that from the past Miyata's self-centred personality even if he had seen Shinso he would have long forgotten his face.
It was strange for Shinso as well that he had never met Miyata until now but he just regarded it as fate and was glad to find that they lived close by. Before Shinso could be happy about having a new friend to talk to Miyata started a topic he wanted to avoid.
"So, Shinso What's your quirk? Mine is gravity. I can control the gravity of things and make them float." Miyata said knowing that Shinso didn't liked this topic as people saw him as a villain after knowing about his quirk but Miyata also knew that he couldn't avoid this topic for long so it would be better to talk about this now than later.
"Ah...well...It's mind control or you can also call it as brainwashing...I can control people's minds and make them do some things if I want to." Shinso said hesitantly. He kind of liked Miayta's vibes but he was sure that now that he was aware of his quirk he would call his powers something suitable for a villain...and might even distance himself from him...like many others already have.
"That's awesome! Imagine being a hero who could control the minds of villains! You can make them spill all their secrets about their future mission plans. Thereby saving a lot of lives!" Miyata said and voiced out his thoughts in an excited manner.
"Y-You don't think I'll use this power for bad things?" Shinso asked a bit doubtful.
"Well, that's possible but you don't seem like someone who would do bad things with your powers," Miyata said as if that was a fact.
Hearing the confidence in Miyata's voice which Shinso couldn't find the basis for left him confused as he couldn't help but ask again, "You really think so?"
"Ofcourse...Ah my home's in that direction I gotta go now, bye Shinso" Miyata said as he pointed towards the right side of the T section they had reached.
"Bye Miyata," Shinso said and turned towards the left direction where his home was. On the way back to his home Shinso had a happy smile on his face because this was the first time that a person had said something positive about his powers just after knowing about it. With a childish grin on his face, he walked towards his home.

Miyata who was about to reach home in just a few minutes felt that he was forgetting something..."If it was important I would have remembered." he said to himself and soon entered his house. His mother was at work but she didn't forget to cook his lunch before going to work. After warming up his food in the microwave he ate it with relish and went to his room to change and relax.
