Chapter 57 - Qiao Bei (1)

When she heard his words, she immediately looked up and saw a CCTV. Her face quickly turned white, shaking from the mistake she did. She was stupid enough to instigate conflict and did not see the camera recording her.

"Telling lies and hurting my dog, that's animal brutality. Don't deny anymore, even if you still insist.." Xun Wei turned his head to his right and looked at the new people arriving. Two of them were in uniform, obviously working for the Mountain Park.

" You can talk with the officers, and I won't mind. Just be sure that your lies will get through them. Expect from my lawyer, calculating someone, especially animals who didn't even do anything to you."

Xun Wei shakes his head as if pitying the girl.

The Mountain Park Guards went near the crowd and asked what happened, after hearing the people's explanation they turned towards the concerned party. They talked with Huang Jin and Xun Wei as well as the child who bravely defended the dog and Huang Jin. They took away the girl and promised to review the tapes of what happened. They warned the girl, if everything they say is right, she will be punished and will pay the penalty.

The girl was struggling and shouting while the guards pulled her towards the office and reminded Xun Wei and Huang Jin to follow then with the poor child.

Huang Jin, who was sitting, stand up and place Ahbao in Xun Wei's arms. He then walked towards the child who was still there standing and looking over them.

When the child noticed the approaching beautiful man, he felt nervous. He looked up and saw the man kneeled in front of him. He immediately stopped the man from kneeling, " Stop, and your pants will get dirty!"

"It's okay, what's your name?" Huang Jin smiled as he watched the child's big round eyes looking at him.

"I- I'm Qiao Bei." The child's voice was small, afraid that someone will hear his words.

"Can you tell me where do you live?" Huang Jin asked in a soothing voice, trying to calm down the nervous child.

Seeing the child shakes his head hard, not wanting to answer his questions.

"It's very urgent, and we can't let you go to the guards without guardians."

"I.."

Huang Jun can feel how anxious the child was. After looking at the beautiful man, he can see that he was serious in asking the question.

"I-I don't have any family. I-I live alone in the forest. Please don't tell.. the guards don't even know." He anxiously holds and begs to Huang Jin.

Huang Jin felt pity and sorry for the child's life. Both his arms grasp Qiao Bei's hands tightly, trying to reassure the child's uneasiness.

"My name is Huang Jin, and the other man is my husband, Xun Wei. The child on his arms is my son Ahbao, and the dog is Cray. Do you want to hold him?" Huang Jin asked with a smile on his face, when the child nods his head, he called Cray and saw the dog runs towards them with his tales wagging happily.

The child giggled when the dog licked his right hand, and his other hand was attached to Cray's beautiful thick golden fur.

"Thank you for helping Cray," Ahbao said with a smile on his face as his Dad carried him.

"I-I love dogs, when I saw he was bullied, I was furious" Qiao Bei was still playing with the dog, his face full of saliva, but he didn't mind. He laughed loudly when the dog kissed him on the lips.

Qiao Bei was happily hugging the dog, and seeing the child's cheerful expression, Huang Jin smiled and led the child towards the office with his husband and child.

Half an hour later, the family of three with the dog and another child came out of the office. Before leaving the place, Xun Wei called his lawyer to take care of the mess.

Huang Jin led the two children to the assigned Cabin. The Mountain Park has a lot of cabins scattered the park itself. Because the park is near the ocean, part of the park was made into a beach resort. There is also a mini amusement park for children and adults.

In Mountain Park, there is also a camping site for those people who wanted to live and experience wild. Mountain Park is famous for it's and mountain climbing. Almost all the tourist of local people comes to the park to enjoy its amenities.

That's why when they came back from abroad, Xun Wei did not forget to book a long term lease inside the Mountain Park if Huang Jin wanted to change and experience another scenery. It was good because the place was just a couple of hours' drive from their new home.

Huang Jin opened the door of the Cabin and was delighted to see that it was small to see on the outside, but it was very spacious when going inside. There would be two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry area if the people renting the place wanted to stay for a long time. He was delighted with his husband's arrangement. He couldn't hold back his happiness, so when he saw Xun Wei coming inside the door, he kissed and bit his lips.

Xun Wei was surprised and laughed at Huang Jin's actions, his strong arms slipped around his lover's waist, drawing her back against him. Without asking, he knows that Huang Jin loves the place.

"I'm glad that you like the place." Xun Wei nestled his face on Huang Jin's neck, breathing in his scent.

"Yes, I do. And the place looks gorgeous." Huang Jin's eyes traveled on all the corners of the Cabin.

" I'll let the children take a bath first and check Qiao Bei's body" Huang Jin leaned one last time and kissed Xun Wei before calling for the children inside the bedroom.

Huang Jin led the two children inside the bathroom, and when he saw he was satisfied because it has a big bathtub that can accommodate two little children. The young man told the two to take off their clothes and go inside the tub. Huang Jin opened the faucet and filled the bathtub with water and thinking about Qiao Bei's body, and hexed it with lake water.

He was afraid that the children would be able to bear the pain of the muscle and tendon changing and the brain and marrow washing. He made sure that they will not feel anything after taking a bath.

The two children laughed and played inside the tub while Huang Jin washed the two child's heads with shampoo and soap their bodies. Ahbao was laughing hard because his Papa tickled him, pulled Qiao Bei to him, and made him into a shield.

Huang Jin laughed and tickled Qiao Bei. The child tried to get away, but Ahbao's hand was gripping him and not letting him go, so the child didn't have a choice but to laughed and endure the beautiful man's action.

Xun Wei laughed, hearing Ahjin and the two children's laughter. He smiled and sat down in the living room and the chance to climb on the sofa and lean his full weight on his lap.

Even if Huang Jin did not tell Xun Wei what he intended to do with Qiao Bei, his husband already knows that he's going to take Qiao Bei and adopt the child. Xun Wei did not stop him and previously called the lawyer to have the papers for adoption ready. Xun Wei just hopes that Qiao Bei will agree. If not, Huang Jin's heart will feel sad.

After deciding to start their climbing tomorrow and just relax for the rest of the day and stroll in the park, Xun Wei went to the kitchen and took some supplies inside the dimension and made lunch for them and enough snacks for the children. He placed all the canned goods on the cabinet and meats inside the freezer. And vegetables and rice inside the cupboard and fruits on top of the table. Naturally, Cray's food was placed inside the kitchen cabinet.

After half an hour, the table was full of food from beef soup, dumplings, tofu with rice. Sweet and sour fish and added quick noodles on the table. A basket of fruits was a place in the middle as well as a two pitcher of lemon juice.

Xun Wei also opened two canned of dog food for Cray, and then he went to the room to call for the three people to eat lunch.

When he went to the room and came near the opened door, Xun Wei can hear the laughter and voice of Huang Jin talking. He saw his lover putting clothes to the two children; after a while, Huang Jin burst into laughter.

Qiao Bei's face was red and tried to pout. Huang Jin smiled and placed a kiss on the child's head and turned towards Ahbao and kissed his head too. He pulled the two little children to go to the kitchen when they saw Xun Wei leaning on the door with his arms folded across his chest and watching them. He had a smile on his handsome face.

Xun Wei kissed Huang Jin's lips and told them that lunch is ready. He leads them into the kitchen, and Qiao Bei saw the table full of kinds of food. His mouth watered, his saliva nearly escaped from his mouth. The two adults were smiling and told the two children to sit down and eat a lot of food.

Qiao Bei was still shy and nervous, seeing Huang Jin pulling him and letting him sit down on his right and Ahbao on his left.

And placing a plate full of food in front of him, he almost cried because it was a long time ago he was able to eat a hot meal.

A mist gathered on his eyes, his lips quivered, trying to hold on his tears.

He was pleased that someone like him can eat a meal from a lovely family like Huang Jin's.

He was afraid to get used to the warmth because he doesn't know if how long it will last like the other times when someone gives him hope and care and, in the end, throwing him away. He doesn't want to hope because it will only make his little heart hurt like a thousand needles piercing it.

The two couples can feel the sudden low mood of Qiao Bei; they are aware and know that the child was anxious and nervous and scared. But they did not let the Qiao Bei know that his thinking already exposed.

Huang Jin just urges the child to eat more, and He also places a plate of dumplings on his side and to Ahbao's hand as well. They continued eating and, from time to time, fed the two children with food with his chopsticks. The dog was beside Qiao Bei eating his food.

After lunch, they take the time to rest and go outside later for dinner. The couple also wanted the two children to experience Mountain Park's playground.

Huang Jin can only hope that the child will not be afraid anymore; the only thing that the child will make sure that the adults will not leave him is to let him show the adoption papers. Just like what they did to Ahbao in Country F. The scars and uncertainties will only make the child feel scared, it's better to let the child feel safe and see them as two reliable adults.

Abandoning and letting a child live in a forest, Huang Jin's heart is in pain. He didn't know how the child survives until now, but he was still thankful that he met the child this time. Meeting him, this early, Huang Jin will make sure to give the child the love and warmth he deserves and to avoid the blackening of his character.

When he first saw the child, he had this intuition, but then when Huang Jin heard his name, the young man was sure that the child was the same person he met in the laboratory.
