Chapter 56: Strange Lightening 2

Mizzy pointed her finger at Bright, a pink coloured lightening shot out of it, Bright immediately created an earth wall by stomping his feet on the floor.

The lightening collided with the wall instead of it either obliterating the wall or the wall stopping it dead on it's track, the pink lightening phased through the wall and hit Bright on his chest, his whole body got electrocuted and become numb after.

'What strange power is this, its making my abilities weakens and even my body.' His head was trying to fanthom what kind of power was being displayed.

"Do you think you could stop my lightening power with an earth wall..?" She said. She was being interrupted by a white and gold line, immediately jumped back avoiding a slash to the head.

"Wow so tricky" she muttered.

Bright encased his insides both ATP and charged at her swinging his blades continuously, more lines of aura shot at her. She was avoiding every slash with ease, suddenly her cloths lit up and a pink energy shot out of her whole body covering Bight.

"Ahhhhhh" he screamed as his whole body got electrocuted continously.

He tried to get rid of the energy but was giving no time at all. She appeared right at his side and swing her leg, hitting him on his head.

His head swung back, his foot was lifted off the floor before his whole body was sent flying.

"Bam"

He collided with the ground and bounced off it thrice, without giving him a breathing space, she appeared at his side again and placed her hand on his head, lightening crackled and jolted his whole body burning and electrocuting him all over.

Everything was happening too fast for Lucin to react, he couldn't match the speed being used presently, he could only limit himself to waiting for the perfect time to Jump in.

"If I don't help, he will die". A dense fireball shot at Mizzy from behind but the lightening energy from her body sizzled around in the air and formed a pink shield.

"Boom"

A fireball hit the pink shield, shaking it but that was all. Feeling tensed, lucin rushed in, he leaped over the shield in his ashura form, he descended with all six hands covered in fire. Mizzy lifted her hand upward to shoot lightening at him as counter.

"No, you don't" Bright shouted and kicked the hand while leaning on his own hand, then with a swift motion, he kicked her head knocking it to the side. She had no option but to jump away to avoid the flaming fist heading towards her.

Seeing this, Lucin changed cause and made the flames move from his whole hand shooting right after Mizzy. She avoided it, giving herself a breathing space.

"Hope you can still continue?" Lucin asked the kneeling Bright. He received no response and stared at Bright who seemed lost.

"What is this?" Bright thought

(A strange and unique form of lightening)

(Acquire lightening power by being under the direct hit for 30seconds).

'This will be tough, but I think this will help us out' he thought.

"Hey Lucin, let's go at her with all we got till she is forced to use more of her lightening powers, I'll become a bait she could use for thirty seconds then you'll be all alone to fight her, I'm sure you can hold up for thirty seconds" Bright said.

"Are you crazy, who goes at a strong opponent with full power just to be a bait??" Lucin questioned.

"I have a plan, I just hope it works" Bright answered.

"Whatever, if you don't survive I will run for my life" Lucin said.

"Don't worry I will" Bright responded and stood up.

"For some reasons, she doesn't want to get entangled with your fire". Bright encased himself with fire that was burning vigorously.

A surge of heat came from his sides, he felt his skin being cooked and looked to his side to see Lucin covered with fire from head to toe, his skin couldn't be seen, his hairs flowed on the air and was burning more intensely, his iris were encased in fire, his whole body was as if they were born from fire itself.

Bright shifted to the side due to the fire's burning effect generated from Lucin, he noticed that the fire on his own body are also reacting to it, they are trying to merge with the one's on Lucin and they are also burning with intensity being close to it.

"You said not to hold back right, then I won't hold back" Lucin walked forward, raised his hands in the air, the ray from the sun flashed and dimmed then above Lucin, flames start appearing out of thin air.

"I learnt from you, how to generate stronger attack by using the energy around you instead of the one inside you".

Everyone around begin to sweat, all the soldiers have either fallen unconscious or on their knees or has fled due to their skin being cooked.

"Get away you morons" Mizzy shouted.

She could also feel the burning effect coming directly from Lucin and now as the flames in the air start becoming larger in size, both it and the fire from Lucin's body burns with intensity.

"I have to stop him" Mizzy said and raised her hand pointing it at him, pink lightening shot out of it but was deflected by a blade.

"I took the risk by covering my body with flames and ATP but I guess I don't need to, the blade can counter her powers on it's own" Bright smiled and walked upfront Lucin trying to buy time for whatever he's doing.

Mizzy shot more lightening but it was deflected by Bright, he then charged in and swing his blade from different angle hitting her hands, shoulder, knees, elbow and jaw.

'She has good reflexes but she isn't good in close combat, let's take this to another level' he smirked.

He used different abilities, ranging from dark blast, light blast, fiery slash, wind slash, air strike, water blades, earth spikes and direct white and gold energy from the blade. The great lightening lady was being pushed back by a barrage of abilities.

"I can't keep this up though, she isn't getting hurt and she's adapting quickly" Bright thought.

Then suddenly he could feel his skin being smoked in certain part.

"From a mere smoke I was born, I thrive to become a larger version of myself, I become a lovely flame until the enemy tried to put me out, I began to burn vigorously burning everything on my part, I become an uncontrollable flame hereby hurting those who tries to put me out. Behold, MY POWER, BURN FROM MY CRIMSON SUN!!! Lucin chanted while shouting the last words.

A large fire round as a sun with a crimson colour appeared in air, the ground and everyone could feel their skin burning, the ground burned under the effect of the sun.

"Hear my command oh crimson sun, bring judgement on my enemy" Lucin said.

He then pointed his finger at Mizzy, the sun began to shake vigorously.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit...I need to get out of this trajectory" she thought.

Her instinct screamed, Bright noticed this and did everything in his power to stop her from escaping.

"Damn, the annoying brat" Mizzy muttered.

The attacks from Bright became intense and fast, too fast for her to keep up due to her focus on avoiding the powers of the sun.

Bright was using ATP to protect his body from the effect of the sun but still with his sturdy skin and the ATP his skin was burning, he gritted his teeth and continue attacking.

A large beam of power shot out of the sun, Bright decided to move but instead he heard a voice.

"Don't move, just protect yourself from the shockwave".

He continued attacking and the beam phased through him and collided with Mizzy, sending her body crashing through the floor creating a crater.

"You!!" Mizzy shouted angrily, blood could be seen at the corner of her mouth. she pointed her hand but instead a large line of ATP slashed toward her, she avoided it but instead was met by a barrage of large beams from the sun, the barrage continued for a minute before stopping, right now Lucin was floating on air beneath the sun.

Where Mizzy stood now has become a large crater, deep into the ground, a pink light could be seen coming out of the hole. Mizzy landed on the floor, her skin burnt and charred, her being shook out of anger, her whole body was encased with lightening, her iris were now glowing a pink shade and sizzling in it was a pink lightening.

She looked up at Lucin and his sun, ready to attack them, but a large slash of white and gold and ATP collided against her pushing her right back into the hole.

She came right out of the hole.

"You, your attacks aren't doing any damage, but it's slowing down my healing." Gritting her teeth she

said " You are both annoying, I'll show you why I'm one of the lords on this land." She exclaimed.

She landed on the floor and lightening shot everywhere, the lightening spread out before sinking into

the ground, some shot through the air, heading for Lucin. The lightening as large as a human full hand

,

shot everywhere aiming for the duo.

Bright squinted his eyes and at the last second, he leapt up into the air. Right after him, multiple

lightening shot at him. He tried to slash at them with his blade but suddenly a kick was delivered

successfully to his side, breaking his rib. Blood shot out of his mouth as he was sent flying.

Without giving him a breather, a hand grab hold of his neck so tight that it was hard for him to breath,

as if that wasn't enough, his body was being electrocuted . Amidst his struggle to break free from the

clutch of his assailant , he looked up to see if Lucin was doing better but alas, he was battling against an

array of lightening which seems not to end. The more he destroy them, the more they grow stronger, it

was as if they are alive. It won

't take long before they are overwhelmed.

"I can decide to kill you any moment but still you worry about your pal over there, don

't worry, he

would join you soon enough but first I'll show you not to annoy a beauty like me again." She gripped

tightly and also increased the fierceness of the lightening that shot through his struggling body.

(Acquisition begins….everything comes with a price)

Bright couldn't take it anymore, seeing that his struggle to break free was futile, he controlled the ATP in

his body and sent it through her hand, the ATP rushed into her, attacking her from the inside. She had

no choice but to let go and jumped back several meter, giving them space.

(Acquisition paused

Bright gasped for breathe, he couldn't move a single muscle.

You!!! What did you do to me??" Mizzy shouted

"I did something you can't comprehend because you're all beauty with no brain." Bright taunted

"What?? No brain, you mean me!!??" mizzy shouted "I'll show you never to….."

A large line of aura shot towards her, interrupting her speech. She bent herself backward, avoiding the

line of aura. A kick slammed on her chest, making her huge tits giggle. She crashed into the ground,

causing debris to fly everywhere, before she could comprehend what happened , another line of aura

shot toward her, she rolled off to the side, barely able to avoid the aura in time, another kick was

delivered on her mid-region which sent her flying backward.

She tumbled and managed to get her footing. 'My body, it's slow. What in mother's name did that guy

do to me??' She thought.

"Very well then, I won't let him touch me, I will teach him a lesson and let him experience the true pain

and power of my lightening." She muttered

'Damn, I shouldn't have kicked her far away, my body still feels numb from her lightening power, this

distance ain't good for me.' Bright thought

'Lucin is having a hard time dealing with those lightening too, they seem to get stronger the more they

are destroyed, how wonder she's able to pull that off. What am I meant to do??' his head was on a

rampage on how they would come out of the situation alive.

He took a glance at his opponent and noticed her absent mindedness, she isn't paying attention to him

but rather she is staring at her hand and murmuring away.

"Whatever it is you are , this is my body, I own it, you aren't allowed in there." She continued rambling,

everything she tried to do to get the ATP out of her body was futile, she was only able to suppress it.

'This is becoming hard, why not just leave already?, looking up she could see Bright staring at her and

Lucin in the midst of his own battle. ' it seems he is still weak and numb due to the effect of my

lightening. Alright then, I'll deal with them first before getting rid of you.'

"Behold my power....lightening bath" she shouted and clasped her hands together.

Her body lit up in pink, lightening covered her and shot through the sky. Thunder clasped, the lightening

become a dark shade of pink. Large bolts of lightenings descended from the sky, aiming at Bright.

His mind began racing, ' will I be able to survive this, system activate acquisition.' He thought.

' This is my chance, I just have to survive this for some minutes.'

" Activate golden cauldron." He shouted with a panicked expression.

Activating cauldron won't make host be in direct contact with the lightening, hereby depriving

acquisition from working)

It dawned on him that he has to bear it, not wasting time , he controlled every bits of ATP, dark aura,

light aura, fiery aura, and covered his skin with a layer of earth. He made every aura and ATP assemble

together all over his body, making it form into a multi-coloured garment on his body.

"This should be able to protect me for few seconds, it takes every bits of energy in me, my oval and

consciousness is almost drained." He muttered

Mizzy swung her hand down with force, all the large lightening bolts amassed together in the sky, shot

downward at a single target. The minute MIzzy's hand came down, it ws as if the bolts teleported.

Bright seeing this closed hid eyes and braced himself, awaiting the impact, he was proud of his

temporarily created protective garment.
