"Oh, its ALm-" Reya almost fainted when she saw me, and I knew the reason.

"Careful, miss. Reya." I said as I caught her from falling to the ground with my face close to hers.

"I'm okay, thank you." She said while bowing.

"Oh, it's not a problem." I replied.

"Can I see Mr. Finn please?" I asked her with a little smile.

"Okay... I'm going to find him." She said while listing herself in my smile.

"Ehm." I coughed.

"Huh? Ah, I'm sorry, I'm going to get him now." She said as she walked quickly inside her house.

I was currently sitting on a bench in the garden until I saw Finn coming with a smile.

"So, did you fail to absorb it?" He said, ready to hear a 'yes.'

"No, I successfully absorbed it and got the 'shadow element,' and I'm here to ask you to train me about a thing or two regarding this element.

"Fuck", He whispered.

"What did you say?" I asked while chuckling.

"Nothing, but now that you absorbed it, I have some news to tell you." He said while grinning.

"Oh? What is it?" I asked, interested in what he's about to say.

"You are obliged to marry my daughter and be the head of my family later, as it's a tradition for the ones who get the pure shadow element of our family." He replied with a happy face, as if he trapped me in a situation that I could never escape.

"Okay. Can I have anything I want if I became the head?" I asked as I had an idea.

"Yes." He replied proudly, thinking that he got me involved with his family and that I would help them soar the skies.

"Then can I have your wife?" I asked. Then a punch had come directly into my face.

"Is that all you got?" I smirked and thanked god for the physic I have as if I didn't have; I'm a hundred percent sure that he would've broken all of my teeth.

"You know what, kid? You passed the boundaries and I'm so angry now." He said as his aura changed from a warm father to a blood-thirsty warrior.

"Bring it on! Old bones!" I mocked.

Then he disappeared from his place and appeared behind, and using his hands like a knife, he tried to stab me from behind, but I dodge easily, as his movements were so obvious. Seeing me easily dodge that attack, he suddenly trapped me in one place and what startled me more is that my shadow seemed to be trapping me in one place.

"Are you try to fight me, an old person with a lot of experience, while you are still wet behind your ears?" He said as he threw a powerful punch into my stomach.

"And even daring to speak about my wife like that?!" He roared as he threw another punch to my face.

"You are underestimating me a lot, Mr. Finn." I laughed as I froze the whole place around us and broke free as there were no shadows left.

"Your power is so obvious; what can you do if there was no light that will make a specific shadow?" I said.

Then he smiled as he suddenly sunk in the darkness of the ground.

'FUCK! I MADE AN EVEN BIGGER SHADOW!' I thought.

He started appearing from everywhere, and when I would be close to land a hit on him, he would disappear again! It was so frustrating, but I made sure to follow his movement closely. But I couldn't do anything against an angry old master like him, could I?

So I took a lot of beating, but at least I learned how he would disappear, which startled him, as I suddenly disappeared like him and was even able to move; it looked as if I had jumped into a deep ocean where I could stand. It was completely black and fuzzy, but I could somewhat move and see clearly even my speed was boosted in the 'underground.'

'That kid provoking me to fight so that he learns about his new element. Quite a smart and risky plan, If it was another one he would have killed this kid on the first bat.' Thought Finn while smiling at my boldness.

"Let's stop now. You already in bad shape, and if we continue you would break which will make my daughter sad. And I don't want her to be sad." He said as he tossed me a healing potion.

"Okay, I'm sorry for saying such things to you." I apologized as I felt that he knew my plan now.

"It's not a big deal, just don't repeat it." He just laughed about it as if nothing happened.

"What's happening! I heard a lot of noise coming from here!" Screamed Julia.

"Almer?" She said, not believing what she just saw.

"Hey, Julia, nice day isn't it?" I whistled, praying that she won't ask me how did my skin become so smooth.

"How did you become like this?" She said as she removed the dust from my clothes

'What a nice woman.' I thought while crying out of happiness internally.

"We were duelling, as he just got our family's treasure and was able to absorb it." Said Finn.

"So does it mean that..." She said.

"Yes, you are going to marry him." He replied.

"Ya- I mean, okay father. I respect your decision." She said in complete seriousness.

"She's weird, right Finn?" I whispered into his ear.

"Yeah... Wait, where did all of your respect had gone?" He asked.

"Dunno." I replied.

Two days had passed, and I was in front of the palace. There were a lot of people wearing high-class outfits (Obviously). I was wearing a blue costume with a training suit under it; you may be thinking that it will be too hot for me, but after getting both of the snow and fire element, I wasn't able to feel coldness or hotness, except for awakening and system-related things as they had special types of torture.

Entering, I saw a security guy in the doors asking for invitations, which made me wonder what to do as I didn't have one with me right now, so relying on my luck, I entered without giving him anything. The opposite of what I thought will happen happened, as instead of shouting at me, he slightly bowed with a professional smile.

In the first hour, we would eat and chat, waiting for all the guests to appear. And it was a moment where almost all of the women here had their eyes glued on me. Some courageous women asked if I was single; heck, there were even some that said that they would spend the night with me even if I had a girlfriend and even be a sex friend if I wanted, which I respectfully declined as I had enough woman to deal with... for now.

And even after searching for one entire hour, I couldn't find a trace of Kobuta or Lily. So I just gave up and waited for the main event.

He continued talking about 'high class' stuff which I didn't give two shits about, and only waited for the last sentence that he's about to say.

"Today, there will be 3 kings and queens that will be with us, who are; King Leo Goregrip and his wife Anna, King Tutwal Halo and his wife Luna, and King Omar and his wife Eli. Give them some applause, please!" Said the noble as he bowed, then 6 persons appeared on the stage, the first two were, of course, my father and step-mother, Leo had black hair and dark eyes, while Anna was completely different, she had white hair and sharp white eyes, V-shaped face, and Huge milkers and a perky butt. I'm actually surprised at how quickly I was able to 'appraise' her features.

Tutwal was an elf with silver features; he was tall and a little bit thin, but with a lot of wisdom that appeared on his calm eyes; his wife had the same features as him, just with a meh body, but it made look even cuter with her round face.

Omar was dark-skinned and with a Lion tail and ears, long brown hair, and brown eyes; his wife was also dark-skinned with a lioness ear and a tail, orange hair, and brown hair, and she had an average body.

"And for the moment you've all waited for! The top three winners of the battle royal!" He said as he looked at us, signaling us to go up the stage.
