"Extend your right arm out fully with a balled up fist. Bring your left hand towards your chin. Now alternate these two motions back and forth. As you get used to it, gradually speed up your motions. This is a basic punch in hand to hand combat!" Instructor Mills started with the very basics of combat. He did not care how much they all learned prior to coming under his tutelage. He started them off with the utmost basics because this was the best way to ensure that all of his students were on the same playing field. He did not want to leave anyone behind.
