I'm a wizard harry!

~1 week after last chapter~

With the new passives, I immediately got to work on my energy capacity...

But I am a bit disappointed... specifically, my INT had nothing to do with the power in a direct sense... all it did was boost my recovery rate incrementally with a percentage of my max energy reserve.

The amount I had now is miniscule... as well as the energy acquisition taking hours, exactly 6 of utter concentration to do. Thankfully, I had hyper-focus. It helped me dramatically to burn through those hours away, in what felt like moments...

Interestingly too, is that the 'energy/s' itself, with nova's explanation is essentially all anime powers that stem from the/a person's 'soul', 'life essence' and even surroundings, which meant I had ki, chakra, magic, nen and others in one. The catch, however, was that I needed to be creative in order to bring out a specific aforementioned characteristic I want my energy to take on.

Continuing on my gains, I had to say, my increase over the week was well worth it. Even if it is minuscule as of now, I got x1.01% increase per 7 hours. I started with a hundred and I increased it over 5 times during the week, which amounts to around 105/105 which was initially a hundred.

The good thing was, is that number would only grow exponentially each time and the boost per increase would get larger, the higher the level of the passive...

Unfortunately, I hadn't increased its(Energy manipulation) level once throughout my grind, which was fine. At least my wizarding days are coming closer. I was content with what I was gaining for now.

The rest of the week was sparring with Bruce, with my ZET abilities... he wanted to know all of it capabilities, and obviously I didn't reveal all of them (that would bite me in the ass in the future), since not even I know my full capabilities, I am fundamentally different from Jin, since I don't have set evolutionary path...

I also made it my mission to stop transforming after the 4rth spar, since I felt my sanity slipping bit by bit, and only use for extremely dire situations. My control was waning each time, and it was scaring me, and it showed during the last test Bruce had with me.

When we were exchanging hits, I got caught up in the battle, specifically my lust for it, releasing heavy amounts of killing intent for mere seconds from my body instinctively...

And then when Bruce said it wore off, even I could tell he got visibly shaken up, which was worrying to me... 'batman/Bruce' never gets 'shaken'.

When I asked him to tell me about it, he told me it was like he wasn't facing 'me' but as if he was staring death itself in the face...

I kept that in mind for the last week... If Bruce got scared of the sheer bloodlust I emitted, then it must have been of insane proportions... He goes against forces like darkseid and he doesn't fear them, yet he fears whatever I was in that moment...

Maybe it was my no limit passive affecting my evolutions as Zet, since I had no cap on how high I could go or what I could potentially gain... but I would leave that up to the future me, for now, I want to relish my current magic like capabilities, for example, my 'body enhancement' and 'weapon coating' abilities.

Both did as they were stated, to enhance my body and weapon, respectively. The boost is a bit decent for both, but they both maxed at 100 (they have not been maxed yet, this is only its maximum capacity).

However, that wasn't the only thing I got out of testing my new energy manipulation... while I was testing my weapon coating, I thought of using a move I saw from an anime long ago; the person used a sword, specifically the Katana, but it suited my weapon more given its nature... the move's name was called "Dark/Black thrust", I forgot his name, but never forgot the move...

~Flash back a couple of days ago~

"What's this you wanted to show me, son?" Bruce said, folding his arms...

"Well... It's a technique I thought of a bit ago..." Jin said, taking out his spear.

Bruce simply stared on expectantly, waiting for his son's new move.

Standing still, Jin got into a spear stance, a technique made only for penetrating whatever was in your way, ignoring whatever may come after. Essentially, it was an attack that the user makes as a suicide attempt. Only then, the opponent is almost guaranteed to die or be greatly injured.

Bruce recognized the stance and smiled at the perfection of the form, still impressed that a 7-year-old was this proficient in the way of the spear... however, in the next moment Jin closed his eyes, only for a sinister yet faint blackish-red energy surround his son's body.

Bruce stared on in a slight shock, unfolding his arms in the process, his eyes widening a little. It was as if his body was warning him that whatever Jin was about to unleash would be incredibly powerful...

In the next moment, Jin opened his eyes. The energy condensing ominously around his arms and the entire spear with the faint energy around him, as if it was fully charged and ready to be unleashed, becoming far more clear and sinister now...

'Calm yourself Jin... simply let go, treat the weapon... as an extension of your body...' Jin thought, his eyes becoming emotionless in the process.

Jin let it go, thrusting forward with all his might. However, for Bruce, the move never came... rather, he only heard a sound, then being blown away...
