Ryan confronted Koga in front of Giovanni's office. The things he know about Koga are from the games from his previous life. He doesn't know anything about him in this world.

Koga is known as the Poisonous Ninja Master. He served two roles in the Pokémon games. In the Gen 1 games like Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow, FireRed, and LeafGreen he is the Leader of the Fuchsia Gym. Soon enough he was promoted to be the second trainer of the Indigo Plateau Elite Four in Pokémon Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver.

Koga is a user of the Poison-type; he likes the despair and horror that Poison-type Pokémon can inflict on others.

Being a Shinobi or Ninja Koga has studied medicine and antidotes. Due to his extensive knowledge in herbs he makes his own potions to heal his Pokémon. After becoming an elite four he handed the position of Gym Leader to his daughter, Janine.

Janine took over his Gym in Generations II and IV storyline. In Generations I, III, and VII, Koga's Gym is typically the fifth Gym to be challenged. He has built invisible walls in the Fuchsia City Gym, constructing a confusing maze out of them. Koga can only be challenged after the player defeats Koga's students

What many people don't know is that he and his daughter work for Team Rocket along with few other Gym Leader. He also is the main commander of Team Rocket Shadow Force.

"It seems like it was indeed an urgent matter" Koga drawled seeing Ryan.

Ryan just stared at Koga indifferently. This didn't anger or irritate Koga. Rather it unnerved him greatly. The way he looked him was disturbing one would say. This is the first time he had felt as if all his secrets were exposed for everyone to see.

He had only felt like this one time. When he met 'that' man. With his ruthless Charizard and monster of a Dragonite he was a person reigned over the Kanto region with an Iron Fist. This man was none other than Prof. Samuel Oak.

He then saw the Smart Phone that Ryan had. It was the exclusive device given to members assigned to the Team Rocket Shadow Force.

Koga smirked and said "I look forward to meet you in the TRSF headquarters"

Ryan was stunned. Giovanni had mentioned no one except him and the members of TRSF know its existence.

'Does this mean Koga is one of the members in Team Rocket Shadow Force?' Ryan thought as he saw Koga going into Giovanni's office.

Ryan proceeded to go towards the teleportation point. He got himself teleported to Cerulean City. As he came from the teleportation point he found out that the Aura surrounding the usually cheery Cerulean City was gloomy.

Ryan who was confused went towards the Pokemon Center. He went towards the counter to get his pokemon checked.

"Nurse Joy why is the atmosphere gloomy all of a sudden" Ryan asked.

"You don't know?" Nurse Joy asked surprised.

Ryan only blinked shaking his head.

"The number of wild pokemon around Cerulean city are increasing drastically. They are hiring pokemon trainers for driving them away. If worst comes to worst it may become a pokemon wave" she said Grimly.

Ryan was surprised. Pokemon waves are the phenomenon where the wild Pokemon start to attack a city due to unknown reasons. The main reason the Pokemon waves are deadly is because due to the surrounding wild areas.

The pokemon which are living in the wild areas will flood the cities. The problem lies on the elite pokemon. There are many elite pokemon in deep parts of the wild areas which are untouched by the humans.

"If the situation develops into a wave, will the wave be coming from the Cerulean Forest?" Ryan asked.

Nurse Joy only nodded grimly. This is a very dangerous situation. Ryan has seen the pokemon in the Cerulean Forest firs hand. If the pokemon in the Cerulean Forest come towards Cerulean City, the whole City would be ravaged.

Not to mention the pokemon in the Cerulean Forests are Elite pokemon. There are only few Elite trainers in Cerulean City. This is a grim situation indeed.

Ryan took his pokeballs and went to his room. He also heard that few Elite trainers are trying to avoid the Pokemon Wave by repelling the pokemon which are appearing in the routes.

'I'll come back and join when the pokemon actually start to attack. My pokemon need more training. If I go into battle right now, it would be suicide.' thought Ryan

Ryan headed towards the Pokemon trainers association to get know about the Pokemon Wave. Though participating in this is risky, the rewards are worth it. Not to mention he can get exp to level up most of his pokemon to Elite level.

Ryan entered the trainer's association which was packed with trainers. Most of them don't have elite pokemon. They are here hopeful that they will catch a powerful pokemon during the wave or get rewards from the association.

Ryan got himself registered. If there was an Pokemon wave he will be notified immediately to come and help the association.

When he sat down he saw a young man who had spiky ice blue hair and eyes. He wore a charcoal jacket with two black zig-zag stripes, a white undershirt and a red tie. He also wore skinny black pants and black shoes with low heels, as well as metallic jewellery on both of his sleeves and his index and ring fingers.

Ryan recognized him immediately. He was Steven Stone the Future Champion of the Hoenn region. According to his memories from the anime, Steven Stone was a young man who enjoys collecting various rocks and stones around the world. He is very humble despite his extraordinary Pokémon battling skills.

He does not like to brag and is generally a quiet and solitary person. Steven is also wise, knowledgeable, and very kind and generous. In the games, he will give the player character various helpful tips and items.

He also collects every type of stone he sees tis includes Mega stones. In this world where mega evolution is being discovered and the conditions are being researched, no one will recognize a Mega stone. Ryan is willing to bet that he has already found Mega stones but don't know what it is.

Ryan then went out of trainers association after informing the trainer's association of course.
