Prof. Oak only blinked Noctowlishly. Did he just her her right did Celebi just tell 'Ryan'?

"Celebi please tell me you are joking. Its true that he is an excellent trainer but he need a lot of experience." Prof. Oak said.

"Samuel I am not joking, he is the only one who can do this. Did you not see him properly? Did you not feel his aura?" Celebi questioned Prof. Oak

"Aura? Ryan can use Aura?" Prof. Oak asked confused.

"For you to not sense his Aura. . . he must either be an absolute master in Aura or he must have. . . Psychic energy" Celebi said. Prof. Oak is no ameture when it comes to Aura he may not look like it but he is an Aura Grand Master. He is not allowed to use it due to his time travel conditions.

"Celebi there cannot be a human who has both Aura and Psychic energy." Prof. Oak said.

"Are you suggesting he has attained an higher level of mastery than you" Celebi deadpanned.

All of this was confusing Samuel. Since Celebi was telling he had Aura that means it is confirmed. Yet he can't sense one bit from him. He cannot have achieved an higher level of mastery than him since it was absolutely impossible without he guidance of a legendry pokemon or a Aura Grand Master.

Then the only explanation was what Celebi said which is having psychic poweres which hides his Aura as both the energy cancel out each other. But how can a human have both Aura and Psychic energy?

This only caused endless questions for him about Ryan.

"Any way we will proceed with our plan once I get approval from the Legandries from the hall" said Celebi as she disappeared from Samuel's sight. Leaving Oak to pull his hair in frustration about the mysteries that surrounded one Ryan Mortimer.

Mean time with Ryan:

Ryan after getting teleported back to Cerulean City had a bad feeling. His Gut was telling something was going to go terribly wrong. He for now kept those thoughts in back of the mind and started to go towards the Cerulean Library.

This specific Library is owned by a Team Rocket Member. To be precise a TRSF member. Every city and village has at least one place which is owned by TRSF members so that they can contact the headquarters easily.

He went into the library and asked. "I have ordered a book known as 'The Researches of past' 2 days ago."

"Hmm. . . I think we have got the book. Can you wait here?" he asked and went into the storage.

"My grand father handles the ordered books can you go and take your copy with him?" he asked his eyes gleaming.

Ryan went into the storage which was dimly lit. There was an elderly man sitting with a lantern beside him with ink box and quill.

"I never thought we will get a member as young as you" The man said coming towards Ryan.

"I have a urgent message that is needed to be conveyed to boss" Ryan said

Seeing the seriousness in his voice he led him to a hidden teleportation point. TRSF members are picked by Giovanni himself. Thus, the member has potential that rivals elite four members. Soon Ryan got teleported to the familiar hallway that led towards Giovanni's room.

Ryan went straight to the room. When he was about to knock a person came and stopped him picking a fight with him.

"You punk boss is not someone you can meet easily with" the extra said.

"Move aside I don't have time for your idiocy" Ryan said as he pushed the extra away.

The extra got angry and went to kill Ryan with his knife. Just as he was about to reach Ryan his hand was sliced off clean.

"What. . ." he said before clutching his hand in pain rolling on the ground crying.

Ryan turned his head to see a man. The man was wearing japanese shinobi attire with a scarf acting like a mask. He had spiky black hair and black eyes. This man was Koga, a member of elite four and former gym leader of Fuschia city.

"Pathetic" he said seeing the extra on the ground. He turned towards Ryan.

"I believe I had an appointment with the boss. If it was not urgent as you say. . . beware for I'll kill you for wasting my time" he said as his eyes glowed malevolently.

Soon he was startled to see the eyes of Ryan which was glowing red. He had only seen one man with those eyes. He had long passed away. It was he Champion Red.

Ryan immediately knocked the door as he heard a voice telling 'Come in'.

He entered office to see a surprised Giovanni.

"Ryan what can I do for you. After all you don't come without a reason" he said.

"This is a urgent matter sir. This includes Team Cipher" as soon as Ryan said Giovanni's face turned serious he gestured Ryan to sit.

"Explain." he said in a commanding voice.

"Sir just like you had told, I had laid low but Prof. Oak wanted to do a research on Glowing Cerulean tides. He had arranged few trainers for me to go with. One of them turned out to be a Team Cipher member." Ryan said in one breath.

"Ryan I believe you but are you sure he told Team Cipher?" aske Giovanni.

"Affirmative Sir he also showed a Shadow pokemon, but the pokemon was converted with unknown substance" Ryan said

"This is troubling Team Cipher is resurfacing. Any way good job Ryan. This is an matter of utmost priority and importance. Your rewards will be given through the same method of how you got your TRSP" said Giovanni.

"Yes Sir" Ryan told.

"You are dismissed. Take this chip and insert it on your phone. It has my number in it. If you ever think you have to tell something which is urgent call to that number. It will alert me and I will pick up the call " said Giovanni handing the Chip to Ryan.

Ryan bowed his head and proceeded to go out of the office where he confronted Koga.
