Chapter 95: Hideout Raid Arc (3)

Chapter 95: Hideout Raid Arc (3)

~Ren Y. POV~

[Day 5, Musutafu, Japan]

After I drowned Ochaco in pleasure, we did a lot of 'intimate' things that might've led to sex if it wasn't for the timely arrival of her parents coming home. Fortunately, we had enough time to regain our reasoning as she washed up, and I cleaned myself up using my [Transmute] to remove her aroma.

I have to say the resulting confession and eagerness to play with our bodies have been quite fun, even being able to 'eat' her pussy as I trailed down my kisses of her body using the tip of my tongue, activating the [The Tongue] skill.

If we continued the path we were doing, sex would've been achievable but had to be blocked by her parents coming. But recalling her heart-shaped eyes, feeling that pleasure, there's no doubt she'll come back for more in the future, falling into that pit of desire and lust, mistaking it for love and pleasure.

Well, the last part, being pleasure, is accurate enough. But since I had to leave, I prepared my next agenda meeting, All for One's sidekick. The Doctor.

Dr. Kyudai Garaki. A researcher affiliated with the League of Villains. A faithful servant of All for One and later Tomura Shigaraki as well.

He also happened to be Midoriya's quirk physician a few years ago. Currently, he is the chairman of the Jaku Hospital Board. A simple internet search told me all I needed to know.

Getting information on him was easy. Kyudai was an old man of short stature. He was completely bald and had a very large, bushy mustache. He also wore rather peculiar goggles.

If I remember correctly his quirk was called [Life Force]. [Life Force] allows the user to double their life span, causing them to age at a slower rate, making them look much younger than they are.

This is why Kyudai Garaki looks as if he's only in his sixties when he is at least 120 years old. If the Quirk is canceled, the user rapidly ages into a much more decrepit shape.

At some point, Kyudai duplicated his own Quirk and presented the original to All for One as an offering while he kept the duplicate to himself. This Quirk comes at the cost of sacrificing physical mobility.

It was a good quirk I admit, one I would have probably loved to have back in my world. But here though? It left him utterly defenseless.

I began to head towards the hospital I identified as the one that hid his secret lab. I had to be careful not to get noticed by any cameras, otherwise this could be traced back to me. I chose a place out of sight and hid there, till I saw him walk out of the hospital.

After having enough time, I decided to add the Quirk [Brainwashing] using [OFA] to get rid of a slot temporarily. I needed [Brainwashing] to obtain specific data from the doctor while remaining anonymous.

I only have this much freedom because All Might and Nezu are busy. This is my only chance to get this data before it's all lost for good.

I started following him, making sure not to be seen, but eventually got close enough to be in earshot, readying my [Brainwashing] + [OFA]. I walked out of the alleyway, my face hidden with a mask, and whispered loud enough for him to hear, "Are you Dr. Kyudai?"

He stopped and abruptly turned around, answering back as he spoke, startled, "Who's there? Come out – "

He didn't get to finish as his eyes suddenly became glazed. His arms slacked, and a dazed, blank look was apparent on his face as I smirked. This only works if I have enough prep time and the element of surprise on my side.

But just to be on the safe side without coming out from hiding issuing an order, "Raise your hands."

He obeyed as soon as I gave him the command and quickly raised them. I was still reluctant to come out of hiding and decided to try something else.

I threw a flash drive beside his feet and said in a whisper in a serious tone, "Download all your research and any plans related to All for One on this flash drive, then bring it to me. You have 20 minutes."

I couldn't risk following him since I had no way of knowing if he had put up, any kind of safeguards. When I was finally powerful enough this was the first thing on my mind when I came to this world.

To obtain the doctor's secret to modify the human body. He did it with Tomura and Nine's, enhancing them to use [All for One] Quirk, so I needed to do the same to get stronger in this world.

Giving commands to puppets under my control was difficult in the initial stages of this skill [Brainwashing], even more so to give them more difficult commands. But when I stack it with [OFA] that completely changes the game allowing my target to perform more difficult tasks.

However, I get to live a second chance at life, and this world WILL take a dark turn soon, and I must be powerful enough to survive. Getting powerful is a necessity for me because even with my skills, I don't know if I survive.

And no fucking way, I'm trusting broccoli boy to save the world. No. Fucking. Way.

It was the reason I took his golden finger away from Izuku in more capable hands. I must cement myself to be the best that ever was or will be. Besides, I'll do anything I can to be the winner and survive while living the life most would envy.

I just need to be patient and get my info. I'll be sure to be the one remaining on top of this world soon enough…

[20 min. Later, Musutafu, Japan]

20 minutes later he came back with the flash drive in hand and stood back in place as I issued another command, "Put it down on the ground, turn around, and walk 5 steps forward."

Again, without any hesitation he promptly obeyed. I waited a couple of minutes and slowly got closer to the flash drive.

I picked it up and put it into my [Sub-Space] and went back to the alley, giving the last command as I grabbed hold of a hair strand of his Quirk and the flash drive he slipped down underneath him, "Go home and forget what happened."

He started walking away, leaving. He was soon out of my sight.

One might find what I did excessively, but for me, it was the opposite. It was the greatest risk I had to take ever since I arrived in this world, especially at this stage.

One had to know how dangerous messing with All for One truly was to understand why I had to be so cautious. The doctor could have had another quirk, I didn't know about, or he simply could have had safeguards put in place to prevent intruders.

Fortunately, I had my [Observe] skill to tell me otherwise. And if worst came to worst, I could escape with [Wormhole].

Anything from special quirks to alarm systems or even the small army of High-End Nomus he had back at the lab. My presence could easily disturb them, and I'd be quickly turned into a blood stain.

Or worse used as another lab rat. Shivering at the thought I began to leave the area holding the flash drive in my hand.

[Nighttime, Musutafu, Himiko Residence, Japan]

After preparing dinner for Toga and myself having my [Cooking] skill level up I left to my room having my headphones listening to what the good old Doctor was up to. I put the flash drive in the computer and quickly opened the flash drive.

I made sure that Toga was asleep before I went ahead doing this. It took a few minutes but holy shit. I was shocked by what I found, the number of atrocities committed back at that lab was sickening, to say the least.

It turns out the good doctor has been kidnapping people for years for his experiments. Also fucked up in fact. Do you know that winged kid in the childhood flashbacks of Deku and Bakugo? The useless extra?

He was turned into the Nomu with wings that carried Deku away after the showdown with Stain. Stain mercilessly murdered him in the future… and that kid was his grandfather until he became a Nomu…

Truly evil if you ask me. But what interests me is the file titled 'Nine' opening it. There was some surveillance footage taken from the lab including a few video files.

It showed the introduction of Nine and the Doctor. Then the video cuts to another scene where it showed Dr. Kyudai performing said experiments.

The man named Nine underwent a procedure wherein he was injected with the DNA of All for One, acquiring the same ability to steal Quirks as a result, although his variant limited him to taking 8 other powers.

The operation made the man even more dangerous than he already was, and, like All for One himself, having multiple Quirks rendered him an unpredictable combatant who could switch between powers amid battle.

The final video file showed him escaping his containment pod, with the help of two people who seemed to be his comrades. The surveillance footage showed more than Nine and Dr. Kyudai.

It also showed the lab itself. It was filled with containment pods filled with Nomus, and lots of other things judging by the number of jars that filled the lab. I guessed as to what they were… Quirks.

Looking at the little jars that probably contained preserved quirks or quirk factors my immediate thought went to tissue culturing and then given how quirks are in the DNA, only living cells are needed to have that quirk information you don't need the whole person.

Not different from getting a gene from one organism to clone into another. Not to mention if it is tissue samples, they need just enough DNA. Hospitals are a great place to get loads of samples without suspicion nursing homes not far behind and even orphanages.

But what caught my attention was All for One's plans to transfer into another body. I grinned, seeing the schematics of how Tomura in the future would be enhanced while torturing the body the results are worth it.

Goes into detail about how the process is done after the results of Nine's being a success with the intentional design flaw for it to be a failure. Figures since the Doctor didn't give the man a healing type, Quirk was shrewd but effective.

However, it was when I noticed another file that caught my interest and horror at the same time, clicking it open. The detailed schematics of the Quirk Amplification Device that David Shield created, along with the proto-type helmet made for AFO, to use for his face mask breather.

My eyes narrowed reading the information provided as my expression turned to a sly grin muttering impressed, "Well damn… AFO has some game-getting this. I might've underestimated him too much if he got this unnoticed…"

That was a horrifying thought to realize that AFO isn't playing around. But at the same time, it is incredibly helpful for me because with this now memorized to memory, I can create my own Quirk Amplification Device.

Rubbing my eyes at the information I frowned seeing the amount of information. After reading the files and thoroughly memorizing everything I was left with a moral dilemma of thinking of turning this in.

But I scowled at the idea. I decided to destroy the flash drive, being the safer choice than handing it over to the police for one reason. The flash drive could be traced back to me, and I'm in no state to duke it out with All for One, especially with the Quirk Amplification Device, which would make him too powerful to handle.

*Crunch*

Crushing the Flash Drive the idea of saving it did cross my mind. But immediately left my head if ANYONE saw it would falsely assume I have any connection would leave me in an undesirable state to be in.

Sighing out loud I decided to call it night for tonight. Let's see if I can get those quirks from the Doctor seeing my luck… I only have one more day left before Hideout Raid Arc happens. I can't waste this chance.

[Next Day, Musutafu, Japan]

Surprisingly, ambushing Dr. Kyudai turned out to be easier the second time around. The man ended up walking down the same street, passing the same alleyway, and even responded the same way as last time.

Guess old habits die hard. But the perfect opportunity for me.

This time around, I asked the man to download everything about quirks and ways to improve them on a flash drive, along with a little something. I can still recall the information from the first flash drive was simply terrifying.

From techniques on how to improve one's quirk, to how to create Nomus, to even a complete analysis of AFO's genetic makeup. It was a treasure trove of information, an accumulation of countless hours of inhuman research and experiments.

Things that would make any sane person sick to their stomach. It turned out the Nomus were created from human corpses whose bodies were drastically altered to make them stronger and allow them to hold multiple Quirks.

The human experiment ceased all higher brain function, leaving them with no will of their own, and making it so they require commands from a superior for them to act. There were mainly 3 ways in the research on how to grant a subject multiple Quirks. You could artificially transplant Quirks through advanced surgery.

Which took immense effort, since the artificial Quirks transplant involved complex surgeries and at least 3 months of stabilization time in a containment pod. The second option was to have All for One grant them multiple Quirks.

But that one goes back to the issue of the subject's compatibility with the new Quirks, their overall cellular structural integrity, and the strength and nature of the new quirks, their overall cellular structural integrity, and the strength and nature of the new quirk.

However, I formed a smirk plastered on my face when I held onto other vials that contained the blood of certain Quirk Users… these were spare samples the Doctor had on him along with a few belongings to Pro Heroes and Villains outside of Japan that he could part with in the small box.

Opening it lightly, I smirked, seeing some names of the quirk's blood samples belonging to the top heroes and villains. These will certainly be useful for me in the long run, and thank you, AFO, for your vast connections.

But more so, this Quirk blood sample was worth the risk I pulled, tricking the doctor. Come to Daddy.

[Observe].

----

Item: AFO's Blood Vial (Original)

Rarity Item: -

Type: Blood Sample

Description: This Blood Vial is the sample belongs to the villain All for One containing the Quirks [All for One], [Warping], [Air Cannon], [Springlike Limbs], [Rivet Stab], [Air Manipulation], [Reflect], [Forced Quirk Activation], [Impact Recoil], [Multiplier], [Kinetic Booster], [Brawn Boost], [Life Force], [Radio Waves], [Dark Ball], [Air Walk]…

----

What the hell… I know the original Quirk has gained access to many other Quirks, but the sheer amount he collected is ridiculous. But that's only merely from the original that All for One extracted it makes me wonder how much of a monster he is at his peak…

*Shiver*

I felt a shiver run down my spine as I put away the box of blood samples into my [Sub-Space]. No time to think about that now.

I have a train to catch meeting up at the madness that is going to occur. But just as I left my location, I got a text from my phone.

*Beep*

Checking my phone, acting as normal, I saw Toga texted me. It seems like we have some guests for a sleepover.

[Toga: Hey Ren! I'm having a sleepover with a few girls in our class. Ochaco, Mina, Kinoko, and Toru are coming! Who knows what might happen fufufu~]

Fuck. And just when I have something important to do.

Sigh… I texted back I won't be back till later tonight, having something to do. At the very least, someone will take care of Toga before I get back. Time to catch that train and change my Quirks, getting rid of [Brainwashing] to ones I'm more suitable and trained to use.
