Chp:-124:- Quirk Apprehension Test

Izuku, Maki, and Momo stood in front of the glass window in their Hero Tower apartment, as all of them looked down at the UA High which looked as small as an insect.

"Ready?" asked Izuku.

Maki and Momo nodded while Kaina asked, "For what?" She still wasn't over the pleasure Izuku gave her last night.

"To crush the mechanical insect below us," said Izuku.

"Ohhh," said Kaina, understanding what Izuku said, while coming back to her senses.

Soon they packed their belongings and left.

The morning began as it happened in canon, all the students were enthusiastic to meet each other, introduce themselves, make friends, and all the banter, what changed was that there were 2 people not at all excited, as their life had been nothing less then torture for the past year.

They were Katsuki Bakugou and Kazuki Yagi, Bakugo was thrashed around by his parents now and then, cursed at, not allowed to curse, not allowed to use his quirk, not getting enough time to train his quirk, having to do social work, which he hates, he being watched at and many such restrictions, which caused him to have a lot of mental baggage, that he had no outlet to vent in, his quirk increasing his temper didn't help at all either.

While Kazuki's situation was somewhat better yet worse at the same time, Kazuki didn't get thrashed around by his parents and other restrictions Bakugo had to, but his house was silent as hell.

All Might his father trying his best to find Izuku, while calming the growing chaos, due to which he didn't have time to come home for months, his mother also tends to spend most of her time sometimes even her nights out.

Kazuki thinks she's grieving over her mistakes, who knows it might be true or false, while he always stays silent, now for the worst part, he is constantly thrashed around and haunted by the vestiges of OFA, along with that, he also feels the burden of the cultivated power and quirks along with his life force getting sucked slowly, and this has been happening ever since Izuku's bullying and disappearance was brought to light.

Due to all this, they had no excitement left of joining UA, it just increased their problems as now they would be in constant surveillance of heroes, and be expelled if they didn't behave properly.

They didn't interact with each other or with any other classmates.

Momo however, on looking at the two, scorned at first as they were the source of misery for her Izuku, but then she smiled, it wasn't a normal smile, but a sadistic smile, she decided to make their lives hell here as well.

While Maki chose to stay anti-social, not talking to anyone like Reiko Yanagi, and only talking to Momo.

She wanted to pounce on Katsuki and Kazuki and show them their worst nightmare, but Momo stopped her as she said, "It's his revenge, Maki, we shouldn't interfere with it,"

Maki unwillingly stopped herself and started thinking how she could make their lives hell.

The rest went the same as it did in canon, however, what changed here was that Momo didn't make any efforts to bond let alone talk much with the boys other than the necessary one, while with the girls' she had an invisible line of how friendly she was going to be, which was the bare minimum one.

While in 1b Izuku was acting friendly, of course just like Momo he didn't get over friendly as he wanted to keep others out of it, not because he cared for them, but because if they tried to poke their nose in something they shouldn't then Izuku would have to kill them as well, which is just a drag.

Neito Monoma tried acting cocky, trying to tease Izuku, which Izuku chose not to pay attention to, as he ignored him, to the point he forgot Monoma's existence.

Then as soon as all the students were present in the class, both the homeroom teachers of Class 1A and 1B introduced themselves and said, "Wear your gym uniforms and meet me in the open field.

Poor Ochako asked, "What about the orientation sir?" Only to get thrashed by Aizawa who said, "We don't have time for such stupid things, you are the next heroes of Japan, you should not have time for such stupid things, and if you wish so much for them, get the hell out of here, with what's happening outside, we don't need people who have time for stupid antics like orientation,"

Listening to this, Ochako almost had tears in her eyes, being thrashed around like this in front of everyone, but the other girls calmed her down, and retaliated, "You cannot talk to her like this, we'll complain to the authorities."

Aizawa snorted as he said, "With the shit happening in the outside world, no one has time to give a damn whether you complain about this or not, with people losing faith in heroes if you are affected by just this much, then you really are unfit to be heroes, how are you going to handle the crowd, who's going crazy and uncontrollable by the minute.

They won't care whether you are kids or not, if you are hero, then you are a target, if you can't handle this much pressure, get the hell out of here, UA needs heroes who regain the trust they had in heroes, not some crybabies who want luxury, before it might have been possible but not anymore.

If you want to become a hero, start sacrificing all these luxuries, villains are growing powerful by the minute, and they aren't merciful enough to just defeat you and go, they will kill you, do everything they can to tarnish the hero's name, so take your time and think.

If you can't handle it, I'll let the management know, maybe get your department changed or recommend some normal high school where you can enjoy such luxuries," Aizawa lashed out at the students who retaliated.

Aizawa vented all of his stored anger and frustration that he had stored, as he didn't get to rest even for a minute, whenever he tried resting another major issue erupted demanding their presence, be it a press conference to restore people's trust in heroes or jailbreak criminals due to which his eyes were in a lot of strain from overusing his quirk, his life had become a hell, and these kids wanted luxury, which just broke the dam of his patience.

So he released all of his anger, not sugarcoating a single thing to make them realize, being a hero might have been fun before, but not anymore where the public was ready to question every single action done by the heroes.

All of the class 1a students were shocked upon hearing this as they got a reality check, most of the girls had tears in their eyes, while the boys swallowed the hard pill, only Momo and Maki were normal, as they were proud of what Izuku had done, as they knew all of this was Izuku's doing as they felt as if they had some part in the heroes' suffering.

Class 1B didn't have this much reaction, or it was Vlad who didn't lash out at the kids as there were some in Class 1B who asked the same question but were dealt with differently.

The sun hung low in the sky as Class 1-A and Class 1-B gathered in the spacious training grounds for the Quirk Apprehension Test.

The atmosphere buzzed with anticipation and nervous energy, a stark contrast to the traditional setting of the entrance exam. UA's new approach had left students wondering how every aspect of their hero training would be reshaped.

Present Mic, the boisterous hero turned teacher, stood at the forefront of the grounds, ready to guide the students through the revamped Quirk Apprehension Test.

"Alright, kiddos! Hope you're all ready for this thrilling ride. Remember, it's not just about raw power anymore. UA is looking for heroes who can think on their feet, make ethical decisions, and adapt to unforeseen challenges. Now, let's dive into the unexpected!"
